I'm also not sure if this is something you want to share, so I completely understand. I'm just throwing it out there because I can't keep spending on blanks I can't return/sell (returning is more expensive but not a product I want to sell to others). 😅 Thank you for any help you can provide!

This was in the video about tips on what not to do, from her personal experience as a small business owner. She had a great tip about NOT trying to do it all yourself. She wisely suggested what can help a small business owner by hiring-out individuals such as artists, and a CPA, sticker making company and printer, etc., and other professionals that will help you save your time, money and stress!

Actually lot of things what you have asked is supposed to be a manufacturing secrets of a brand. 1) Gildan / Jeezers are fine products but not great quality products as they are sold for competitive prices at low margins. But if you are Starting a brand in small scale and this will be yours only option. You can order low MOQ with them. 2) For Prints i guess she is using DTF Stickers. You can order them and heat seal them to Sweatshirt / Tees in Fusing Machine. Quality will be reactive or any other. Looks Like Vnyl Prints but its not them Actually. 3) Cups dont have idea
