1/2 of a 19 oz can of hot water
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of palm sugar (to taste)
Ingredients for Lort:

I was surprised that it was pretty quick and easy to make!
That was a good cooking tutorial. Need to make more with mom. I was laughing when you said “pandan sauce” lmao.
We should do her nom banchok and babaw recipe.
Looks good bong.
Thank you for sharing dear
Thanks for sharing. In Hmong, we call it nab vam. Sooo good. I'm curious to learn more about the stir fry nom lort you had. I've never heard it it being stir fry before.
Hello! Thank you for commenting. Most people do like the stir fry version. It’s typically done without adding pandan flavor. I believe there on videos on RUclips on it! A lot of Cambodians like it.
@@phontasticliving Do you add tapioca pearls, fruit or jelly to your nom lort? I prefer just the plain pandan like how you guys made it but I know other folks that like to add all the additional stuff.
Just plain with the coconut sauce!
I was surprised how it is so similar with Indonesian dessert which is called Cendol
They are all the same.
Love the video! Do you know where I can buy one of those tools to push out the lort (the colander like thing)?
Hello! You can usually find them at Asian supermarkets - usually Vietnamese supermarkets.
Amazon. Just search for Lod Chong or Cendol press.
