wow arcade fire is such an amazing band , you always hear that music was better in some other time , but luckily this is just one example that people will always create beautiful art , it doesn t matter in what time we are living
I love this song. You know though, I would love if, during the live performance, they came in with some more vocals accompanying the horns in the last two minutes. I just always loved the way Regine accompanied the horns at the very end.
God this is so beautiful! I'm getting goosebumps everytime I'm listening to it... It reminds me of the Bossanova era... I don't know why but, for fans of True Detective out there, I can imagine so much this song for the title song of the third serie to come! What do you think?
@willzer808 I'm going to say Win- especially for the lyrics. Well for the lyrics, far and away Win. But he seems like such a "team player" you would never know. It really seems like a major collaborative effort by all members. For example- no one but Richard thought of that really high, beautiful, spinning guitar part that helps make the song what it is. A real "ensemble" cast. Great group.
As good as Regine is, i feel she needed to be at the front doing vocals and being her usual self. Jeremy is a fantastic drummer and should be behind the kit!
That crescendo brings tears to my eyes every time. Wow
i cryed once listening this band too, so much weed and sad lyrcs for a single head...

I am 64. This great song reminds me a lot of several early 1960's Burt Bacharach songs done by pop and R&B artists.
Win's got such a great "live" voice, almost the smae as the studio versions.
The music from heaven.
This gives me goose bumps!
PINCHE CANCION CHINGONA!!
esmeralda gomez SIIII

I simply adore this song. It makes everything all better! :)

Crying
😭😭😭
Isn't the "thank you" weird at the end? x)
This is by far the best song Arcade Fire has ever written, totally different from that "the Suburbs" nonsense. Soft and still a punch in your stomach.
Suburbs nonesense? That won alblum of the year. I ask you too politely suck a dump
Who is the main creative force behind Arcade Fire? Will and Win? I'd love to know, saw them last week. I love this band something chronic!!
Win & Régine
Regina is kicking but on drums
Was that Will at the end?
Lol yeah
Jesus Christ ! Wow !
