My suggestion and I am an Indian by origin- do not call it "India B Team" its US team. You are questioning the integrity of the team by saying that. Their allegiance lies with US now. And this is how it should be.

it is justified to call India B or C team. I am pretty sure some of them are not even citizens who are playing in US team. only citizens should play. (not visa or green card holders). If every one who playing are citizens of US then I will take my words back. its such a shame that non US citizens are playing due to non availability of citizen players.

IPL and Other leagues should allow more foreign players in their teams. For IPL the number shd be increased from 4 to 5 foreign players with 1 from associate nations . If the boards and leagues involved really want to spread the game
