There should be an upgrade that lets you start a run with the trumpet and rainbow stamps at max level. They don't really do much to help the game so it would be a fun bonus that doesn't break the game balance.
I hate to say this but hearing damage can be eternal, and eternally it's pretty annoying when it results in tinnitus. But the eternal glory of the Doot is nothing to scoff at.
I also immediately regretted picking up the trumpet. Oh well I have no stamps yet this run I said to myself. Didn't find another one for like ten minutes lol
