Really enjoyed that! So atmospheric! Yes there are a few anomalies, but on the whole hugely enjoyable and realistic. The clickety clack really takes me back.

Absolutely brilliant. Really brings the beautiful railway with its intricate pointwork, signals and trackside equipment back to life. Wish I’d been around in the 1950s to appreciate it

Really nice to see this. I first discovered the area in the early 70s by which time the passenger services had ceased though the buildings and quadruple tracks at Chinley were still there. Just to say the river whose valley the train followed from Buxton to Great Rocks Junction was the Wye, not the Noe (which flows through Edale). Thanks very much.

In order to see " the quaint villages of Edale and Hope, "the train would need to take the right branching viaduct at Chapel Milton and travel through Cowburn Tunnel and then travel in the direction of Sheffield.
