47 - Background Music, Strange Things are Afoot at the Circle K

There certainly is a lot of background music that comes bundled with Power Director. But can you legally use any of it for a video that you upload to RUclips or other social media sites?
On March 27, 2024 Cyberlink issued its 3rd update in the same month of March. Only this one changes how you should be using your choice of background music.
