So I got i797c, and when I went to walfare, they didnt want to give any benefits to me, as it was i797c, could u tell me when I can apply to benefits? After fingers print?

I797B approved with previous employer in 2017, it's never used, I am in India now, can it be used for current employer? Or any other employer in usa?
You should connect to your manager and legal/visa team at your employer. It can be transferred to new employer. (We are not professional advisors, and we are just sharing from the best of our knowledge.)

Can a recruiter work with someone who has a i797B ? Can a candidate who sends B copy be submitted for a role ?
Before you proceed, check whether the person is in USA or outside & ask the reason for the not approval of i94 status/stay.
Hi Sir My I94 and H1B is expiring in 4 months but my i797B is valid till 2026...in this case how to extend i94 ...Do i need fresh h1b stamping
You might need to leave US & come back again for change of status

Hi, i have my H4 interview next week. My husband is in h1b. He works for the petitioner in I797B at present and also he has an offer in another company and it was approved and mentioned in I797A. Will this cause any problem for my h4 visa approval.
Approved i797A shouldn't have any issues with the H4 approval if everything is right.

Hi, I have my I-797C Approval Notice. It has validity of two years but it doesnt not have I94 and it says the office notice has been mailed. Am I in a trouble? please help

if you are a independent recruiter and working with some direct vendor by refferal you can ask but not sure it will work
