It's partially because of the emulation, shadows are completely missing and the shot bar is too dark compared to real PS2 hardware
The game looks a little washed out too, but that may just be the recording
Also, some games from this era just don't age well when upscaled to high resolutions such as this, the game definitely looks a lot more visually consistent when run at 480p

the closest best golf game is everybody's golf for the ps4. they need to bring back everybody's golf fore!

PCSX2 v1.5.0 and everything set on default mate.. or try use some speed hacks that will help improve the FPS.

What did you use to record this every time I try to it lags.
I'm using Fraps to record the gameplay mate... u can try record with shadowplay to get better FPS. :)

Is there a fix for the dark power gauges? I have this up and running and get the same hard to see swing meter.
Run in software mode its the only way to play it correctly no slowdown if you have a ok pc
What kind of a beast computer do you need to be able to play this normally?
I can't get this to even launch. I'm using pcsx2 through retroarch, no clue what settings I need to change.
When I try to run this or HSG3, when it gets to the golf course, my computer lags like mad and I have to close pcsx2

It think it will lag with that spec... becoz this game is heavy cpu/gpu mate, u need at least 3.5ghz+ cpu.

The best settings with ur spec is try using (PS2 Native) for internal resolution and try some speedhacks.
