I wanted a PRS guitar soooooooo bad after seeing that guy, who’s incidentally the head off Cliff Barnes from Dallas, play that solo! I thought he was super cool and he didn’t look like a rock star which was cooler!
Funny. The drummer was all over the place with the mining and the guitarist was able to sell it marginally better. It is as if the backing musicians had never heard the song until that moment! Still, in the days before auto tune was a thing, this girl had some serious pipes!

Her guitarist even wrote a comment reply (on another clip here on RUclips) that he learned the chords and was ready to go live on a show, yet Robin insisted on miming
@@roxannecalip Oh now doubt. I have never seen a live version and this certainly wasn't obviously. Still, assuming that she was the actual vocalist on the record, she still must be a great singer as at the time this was recorded, the technology to turn a bad singer into a decent still didn't really exist (aside from the ability to capture multiple passes) The only option if you weren't (like Milli Vanilli) was to get someone else to sing it for you! 👍
