The T-Rex is going to be the first Nanmu figure in my collection and probably the only one for a while. I bought two other Nanmu figures for two amazing people in my life for Christmas since one of those good friends ordered the brown Tyrannosaurus rex for me. Super excited to get it!
Hello, I finally got mine today. Long wait but good things come to those who do. Nanmu is truly blowing my mind with the quality in both paint and sculpt. With all the crazy crap going on at least we have our Dino Art to help us keep it together.
I dunno if you'll see this but your videos are so helpful and informative. Really helped me make a decision on what to buy. Ended up pulling the trigger on Nanmu Alpha and can't wait to pick up Spinosaurus as well soon!
@@Killershrewfan I got the brown variant because I’ve always wanted an accurate JP rexy model and this is the most accurate piece I’ve ever seen for an affordable price. I already currently have the Papo green T-Rex I bought way back as a kid.
I don't ever find myself having the urge to collect Jurassic Park inspired figures, besides the odd Papo figure here and there that happens to be partially JP-Inspired. But this Rex has truly broken me haha I want the green variant sooo bad right now. I'm also finding myself quite interested in the Nanmu Spinosaurus and Allosaurus. I normally prioritize scientific accuracy in the figures I collect and generally stay way from JP stuff, but Nanmu seems to be my one exception. P.S. The trained Rex idea is both cool AND dumb. The Jurassic World movies are already cool and dumb. So I fully endorse this lol.

Bro I own Trex stuff from Iron studios, Rebor, Papo - but holy shit this one just blows every other model out of the way... I think this is pretty much a 100% movie accurate to JP1 animatronic. Wow

The Allosaurus, Spinosaurus and this rex are easily the best nanmu figures I have so far. So I say do iiiiiit, do it do it do it do it!

I would say in detail, yes, but in overall proportions, no. It definitely resembles the Jurassic World iteration of Stan Winston's original design.
