Nanmu Spinosaurus "Supplanter" 2.0 Figure Review - Killershrewfan's Nanmu November

Well, looks like I'll be having Crow for my Thanksgiving Dinner. When the whole 2.0 phase started over at Nanmu, I thought it was a sign that they had gone creatively bankrupt. Why bother shoveling out redone versions of already near perfect models? Well, the sucker I am, I played right into their hands and picked up the new Spinosaurus and all I can say is, wow... is this ever an improvement over the predecessor. Check it out!

This is definitely one of those times where you ask yourself how did a company make something that's already really good, even better.
As for me, I'm getting the Albino variant because Albino figures of dinosaurs are just so rare and I'm already pretty happy with my first Supplanter. The standard release of Supplanter 2.0 does scale better with their Alpha T.rex, but the Dragon Soul one scales better with the Once and Future King. But anyways, Happy Thanksgiving over there Killershrewfan!

16:28 Well, I'm pretty sure the skin of jp3 spino does look like cracked concrete...
After comparing the two to the movie, I believe the W-dragon's offering is still the more accurate one, at least sculpt wise.

In regards to the para and the bary, from what I can tell people just weren't happy with them being too big too scale with their already released figures, plus the poses weren't the best, the bary only works of you get both and the para is just a waiting warp bomb

Here is the final evidence that the old W-Dragon 2019 1/35 Spinosaurus is the best spino figurine at that scale available on the dino figurine market.
I’ll never trade it for this new Nanmu one nor the limited version one! W-Dragon is betterrrr!!!!

Me for one this is my opinion I would choose the original version because the original version is much darker so it looks more realistic and I'm a realistic guy and it looks like the movie Peace

Original one has a better paint job but the sculpt on the 2.0 is better imo
