Again, I attempted an Indian recipe shy a few ingredients, fennel seed, anise star, and Marathi Moggu. Although I cannot legitimately rate this recipe, the meal I prepared comes close enough to fulfilling my cravings to have another go, but after a trip to the market. I love your instant pot trick of using the "keep warm" setting to avoid burn while finishing final cooking stage.
