- Scandinavian specialty coffee scene is in full expansion and their light roast is getting more and more popular around the world. Today, we take you inside a small roastery near Trondheim, Norway. We have a chat with the owner and the roaster about what a day at the roastery is like, how they got started, Norwegian coffee culture, and much more. But they also have an exciting new project: their first time opening a coffee shop. So we also take you there, from the building of the coffee shop to its opening day!

Make a short about coffee and anxieties. I love coffee.. but It gave me too much anxiety.. so I only drink whole bean coffee once a week..
