I have nothing left to say. Silence is worth more to me than a million dollars. A person who can't understand your silence will most likely not understand your words. Silence is the biggest peace of mind for me. Silence is more powerful. Silence saves energy emotionally, mentally and physically. Silence is the best thing to do when they don't respect your words.
Silence is simply a device. It gives way to who you truly are- consciousness. Consciousness cannot be grasped through words, it is not simply silence bit intelligence, compassion, purity among its infinity.

Some people use your words and play victim when confronted about their behaviour and turn the tables on you by gas lighting I've had a couple in the last week alone I've learnt to turn my back and walk the other way I'm happy with solitude it's a thousand times better than surrounding oneself with toxic people ☮️

In most ways the universe is silent, but i find it speaks the most to me when I am silent. In that way I allow the quiet voice of the of the universe to come through. So by quietning the voice of my own chattering mind I allow the " universe" to be heard. It's best not to try and compel it to talk to you. Best to just wait on it patiently and allow the voice of the universe to come through. Often it's like nothing is coming to you, while on other days it says a lot. It just depends. It is most obvious when we practice finding our quietness on a regular basis and at a regular time. 😊🙏🤝🏼😀
It definitely inspired me. I used to be a compulsive talker and now I choose my words carefully before they come out of my mouth. I talk way less and really work on being a good listener. I try to remember to breathe deeply and often. It all takes work but it’s worth it.🤗😇🌈

Wouldn't it be nice to know for sure if we really had it, or not. Words like silent raindrops fell, and echoed the will of silence.
I needed this! Listen to it daily to truly absorb every point. As a nonstop talker, from my anxiety, my fear of silence, (due to ptsd) it has always led to me being ridiculed or criticized. It is important to change this about myself.
You probably have a lot of nervous energy inside you. I think you need to find a way to get it out, like with boxing, exercise etc. Also practicing social situations beforehand will help to get your nerves under control. Don’t tell anyone that you do this. This is not about discussion, this is about doing what’s right and best for you.

Your relatinship with that person would be much richer if you had a honest talk with them.
