How the hell can I grow my calves dude? I am tall and they just won’t grow even though I train them. Don’t think they will ever be big :(

Interesting thanks! Where does hitting a heavy bag fit into this? Would that too be classed as excess cardio?

Hello! Heavy bag training can be HIIT if you do intense rounds, or cardio if you go easy. It depends on your heart rate. How much do you do and how often? Also, how intense do you do it?

@@BodyweightMuscle Thanks for the reply! Okay, quite a bit I think or my age (45). I do typically 4/5 days a week stuff like pullups/dips if bodyweight quite intense, slower more rest if weighted. Squats/jumping squats, split jumps etc. Sometimes I'll substitute one of these workouts for a kettlebell workout. Once/twice a week I'll hit the heavy bag for 10 3 minute rounds most of them fairly intense, yes. Edit - I should point out I have a reasonably physical job as well...

@BodyweightMuscle I'm not sure. I have been working out for couple years, and feel like I need to get body fat down in order to see my muscles.
