Thank you for sharing your experiences in pressure washing!!! Too often, people post on RUclips only " fascinating " content. However, as a follow washer ( part-time), I know how much time and effort goes into being successful. Therefore, don't allow one client to upset your inner peace if you know that you did your best for him. Having said that , the best advice I can give you is to avoid this issue in the future is by managing customers' expectations by informing them of the services you are providing. If you don't already do that or put it in writing. One last point, you are young, but remember, we are our harshest critics, and the only competition is ourselves ( how can we improve on all areas of our lives)! I pray for you and your business! Be aware of those customers looking for a Rolls- Royce at a Ford Fiesta price! 😅

You seem to be a bright young man so you must know it is going to take time to get it right. And yes, you are right you will run into people that you just can't satisfy. When you step up to 8 GPM MACHINE AND START DOWN STREAMING WITH IT YOU TIME PER JOB WILL BE REDUCED GREATLY. STAY FOCUSED YOU WILL GET THERE. Right now, it sounds like you are working for SESW instead of yourself.
