Are you soft washing or downstreaming? SH is highly conductive and I would never put more than a percentage remotely near an outlet even though I tape everything. High percentage SH causes issues and needs to be applied appropriately. That being said, you are a 1000% correct in offering to remediate an issue

Does your pressure washer pulling the water out of your tank on the truck create pressue to pull your soap and bleach out of those separate tanks when you have the valves open or does it work some other way?
