    Needed this one today, Mike. I’ve been debating on getting a CRM other than QuickBooks for months. I’m gonna do it tonight.
    Thank you sir! Looking forward to the podcast with Joe Deery!

    2 questions for you Mike.
    1. Do you ever draw up contracts with your residential customers saying that you’ll come every year or semi-annually to do a house wash or any other service or do you just do a good job and hope they call you back next time?
    2. I’m only in my second year of business, about 10k revenue per month and only work in the summer. Is a CRM worth it? I’m just using the free version of Quote IQ right now.

    • @TheFreshRinse
      @TheFreshRinse  2 месяца назад +1

      Thank you. Isaac.
      1. I never think to bring up the subject, but if they do, I’m glad to add them to the schedule. Joe Deery chooses to call it an “Annual Agreement”. I do however send out a mass text every February. This reminds them of my services. This results in 30-40 washes each year from previous customers.
      2. I absolutely feel that a CRM is not only worth it, but absolutely essential. Where else can you hire someone to schedule, keep regular contact, bill clients, send mass texts, run estimates, request Google Reviews, send out mass texts, etc… for $50 a month. I use Markate. I pay for the whole year up-front and get one month free. I wash from March to December.
