Incredible! The only channel I’ve found that actually helps and doesn’t spend his time showing off what he can do and how good he is. You’ve earnt my sub! 👊💙
I am just starting out and have learned so much from you. I am currently conditioning my body to begin my first years of training (I am skinny from playing PC for the past 5 years) and I have learned a lot from your videos. I have learned a lot about my own abilities. Thank you.
@@seanfagan Hey, I just go to my history afterwards and I can do it from there. Also, you can watch them with normal controls by getting the link and taking "short" out. GREAT VIDEO!!! THANK YOU.
Hey bro i need your advice. I am 188 cm tall, 110 kg , i started muay thai, nothing professionall but i really want to learn do deffend myself and i like all those kicks.. but 1 thing bothers me, do i really need to be slim, and skinny to ttain muay thai ? Thank you so much
Going slightly less muay thai with the lunge to knee + a 40-50 lb weight on both sides of me is one of my go to ninja leg workouts. Not to be an armchair expert though - thanks for the info
Hey man I’m a boxer looking to transition into mma and I’m looking for a gym with a good mauy Thai background and Mauy Thai coaches. Any tips or things to look for ?
you should be doing plenty of calisthenics for any combat sports, especially muay thai since it helps you be more agile, shifting your body weight and moving your bodyweight around the ring
Balancing keep do I use my off feet to stand on or my strong feet. I’m knew to Muay Thai. I am learning the simple stuff first then going to find a Muay Thai school
I’ve been practicing lately. Kicking, getting my leg back to block and kicking again for as long as I can, to make sure there aren’t any inconsistencies where I’m putting my foot to ground myself, when I’m getting tired to checks aren’t working and I’m falling over so people can try that I guess
Weak ankles make it hard to balance. Just raise one foot into the air a few inches in front of you and hold for 30sec to 60sec and switch legs. I did that for 5min morning, day, night. Eventually you'll get to where you can hold for minutes at a time so you can adjust your needs as required. Another issue you may have is posture. There is a correct posture and motion for basically every move you do in muay thai. Hope this help
Come on dude. There's no way to know that for sure. Most likely it was slowly developed over many many years by many different people of different nations, Tribes and backgrounds. And it's no suprise why neighbouring countries martial arts will be similar. You can't patent body movements bro, we all have them. And theres no denying the Thais refined and popularised it. You've got Lethwei anyway. ( arguably cooler than Muay Thai in some ways.) Maybe you should work on refining, exporting and promoting that more instead of complaing what the Thais are doing? Sadly though communism and corruption does untold harm to a Country and its People I'm many many ways.

you should be doing plenty of calisthenics for any combat sports, especially muay thai since it helps you be more agile, shifting your body weight and moving your bodyweight around the ring
Balancing keep do I use my off feet to stand on or my strong feet. I’m knew to Muay Thai. I am learning the simple stuff first then going to find a Muay Thai school

This is a Cambodian martial art. Our country invented
