Nice video, as always, thanks for that! Wow, including this significant watchroll, that´s really cool. Some others brands should take this as an example 🙂 We can always rely on your expertise, to separate wheat from chaff 👍
Congratulations James. Excellent choice. Wear yours in good health. Check out my Manhattan 37 review below. It may interest you. Regards, #WR4K ruclips.net/video/zBN98JuMh5c/видео.html
Absolutely stunning. Such a confident and handsome piece. It goes on pre order the day after my birthday so I already know what my present to myself is going to be! The black/grey version very much reminds me of a vintage datejust reference with more practicality and character. Cant wait for more reviews to pop up on these!
For my 8 inch wrist 39 or 40 is the perfect size. Not a fan of the jubilee bracelet. Definitely!!! I'll be buying this watch because of the triple calendar complication. Thank you for the lovely review.
Nice watch! Great review. I will say while I think a tapered crown looks a little nicer, my straight crowns are definitely easier to actuate than my cupcake shaped crowns. Just an observation!
Great video, thank you for that! I hope they will change the subdial a bit to display December on top and not January. I think this change will be more intuative to remember.
That’s a sexy looking dial, nice depth to it! The baton indices look good, being this sloped. The jubilee style bracelet looks rather nice, but then this means there are no half links and with the butterfly clasp it’s basically a gamble for a good fit! Lume is good for this type of watch, one has to keep in mind this isn’t a diver. Case profile is lovely not going to lie, even though at 36 mm it’s too small for my liking. Thanks for bringing this piece to our attention!
Pity the sub dials are not the same colour as the chapter ring, think that would have made it a nicer looking watch, nevertheless it is an outstanding watch for the money
Hey W4RK, just wondering why there's less content for Pagani Design lately. Is it because that their quality is getting poorer and poorer, or is it just because there aren't any new releases from them? Fan of your work by the way, keep it up!
Hey W4RK, I want to suggest the Sugess MoonPhase Master SU2108SZ for your future reviews if you're interested :) It's a cool and classy watch with good quality build. a working moonphase, with roman numeral markings, 316L stainless steel, with an authentic automatic Seagull movement.
Reviewers need to start putting some distance between watch and camera, preferably with a wrist shot and full body shot... Everything looks huge this close to lens. This watch is only 36mm.
What is the real value of the warranty you get with a watch from Watch Dives? If you have to send it back to them, wouldn't the cost of shipping make it not worth it?
Usually they offer a refund of the repair cost at your local watchmaker. Alternatively they offer a full refund if the watch cannot be repaired. The other thing to note is San Martin offer a 2 year warranty, but Watchdives cover their watches with 3 years warranty. Is it worth the return shipping cost to China? It depends on which country you are in Mark. Yes, its worth paying 50 Euro to ship a watch via Fedex is its a San Martin worth 250+ Euro. Obviously its not worth doing if its a 100 Euro Addiesdive etc. Regards, #WR4K
There are some facts need to be checked: 1. This Brooklyn 36 is not Swissmade ?!?! they use the Miyota movement, and there is no swiss made mark on the dial !!! 2. What I see seems to be the box sapphire crystal than the double dome
Maen watches are assembled in Switzerland. Under Swiss law 60% of the value of a watch needs to be Swiss. As this uses a Miyota movement which is made in Japan, it doesn't meet the 60% value criteria; thus doesn't have "Swiss Made" on the dial, as per other Maen pieces which have Swiss movements. The sapphire crystal is boxed, top hat style, and double domed, rather than being boxed, top hat style, and single domed. Regards, #WR4K
The movement is Japanese. Therefore it can't meet the 60% "Swiss value" to be allowed to have "Swiss Made" on the dial. The watch is assembled in Switzerland. Regards, #WR4K

Great watch but the lume must be improved by making 2 lume dots over indexes at 12 o'clock to be identified easily.
That's great a review and a fantastic looking watch

Thanks for the comment. We will actually supply half links for the bracelet on request!
@@maenwatches Great that you'll do this, but two half links just should be standard included part of every bracelet for this watch.
Pity the sub dials are not the same colour as the chapter ring, think that would have made it a nicer looking watch, nevertheless it is an outstanding watch for the money

If they would make that in a 38 I'd be interested

No Jelmer. Regards, #WR4K

I see the button for the clasp is not flush. Overall, a great piece.
There are two buttons on the clasp, not one. If they were flush it would more difficult to depress the buttons and deploy the clasp. Regards, #WR4K
@@watchreviews4k Sorry, I meant the Maem embossed "M" piece.
Agreed, the embossed M would look better flush. Regards, #WR4K
I asked Maen about regulation and they told me +- 12 spd

I find the lugs unusually long...

The Maen logo is awful and shows no effort as how is choosing Times Roman font and typing out MAEN is a good idea 👎🏼
You are mistaken. The font is Garamond. Rolex also uses a similar serified version of Garamond. Regards, #WR4K
