Thanks for watching and ur support. I’m fine. I increased the boost just a tad to high. It’s very hard to tame a beast with such high horsepower slick nick
Very good commentary. Thank you. Last summer at the local strip ( St. Thomas Raceway ) a young man passed away after crashing on his bike at the end of the strip. I was there but didn't witness it cause I was in line 2 slots behind him. I know he went down right after the finish line when pulling the anchors. RIP. So please don't become complacent and always take safety seriously.
My favourite RUclips channel. I hang on the edge of my sit action. Shows how hard this sport is. Plenty of drag racers that go down. On the subject of the helmet being strapped up. I had a mate die because his helmet wasn't done up. They said if his helmet was done up, he would have survived. The starter should or must check that all racers, have helmet strapped on.
Worse thing about the drag strip. Is when you come off, the rubber track grips the leathers. There is no give, like a Moto X rider. So the injury is 100 times worse. If you want to invent leather that will slide. You can be a million air over night.
Was that vince hileman on family man? In the beginning? It has his 3 boys on the tail? He went down at 140...hes a local guy. I swear that was his black busa. 0.08
WTF is up with not strapping a helmet on? I haven't raced in 37 years but I cant remember anyone not strapping their helmet. May as well just ware a 1/2 helmet.
Too Much Power, Not enough Bar Length... Even though he's on a Street Tire(Which is Mainly used in Grudge Racing)VHT is Still an Extremely Sticky substance. When taken lightly(adding too much power without enough Shakedowns, Underestimating the track or Running straight off the trailer) Things like this happen
He should of rolled of the gas the 1st time, that throttle is hooked to a tps sensor that adds nitrous a wot. He's not only adding gas, but probably a 100 HP shot, progressed on a timer too, that's why it went up higher the 2nd time he added gas. Its already a lost race going that high so early. Lessoned learned. I guess when its not ur bike you don't really need to think about saving the bike. Maybe it was his, either way pretty dumb to 'save' a lost race $$$
Well I'm glad them boys are alright definitely busted butts I busted my butt a few times on my scooter the older you get the longer it takes to recover yo have a good race day he he he
He felt it dropping and he hammered back down on the fall but it came right back up. And the guy who looked the Busa..... I don’t understand how that happens... he had to have just whiskey throttled it

Glad you are ok!
Glad you are doing ok. That is pretty scary.
did they have the laser distance sensors back then....would that prevent this?
Very good commentary. Thank you.

I don’t think he thought it was gonna hook that good and it got him
A LOT of racers don't put their feet on the pegs soon after launch. Sooner on pegs, better balance and control.😎
His ready stance was goofy as shit.
It's just not a sport that everybody can do do...

Thank you so much! Please share as much as you can with friends who like bikes!
Got damn track star in his crew lil homie fast 💨

Love the bikes. Unfortunately I got old, switched to a Vette. Properly fitted brain buckets, please.
Split seconds is not enough time to wack on the rear brake.
Yeah facts! I dont think they even had rear brakes to begin with
@@Dookamonnnn your right
Hard to modulate the fuel in a wheelie with a quarter turn throttle assembly.
Dissentient01 no I turned the boost higher than I should of. Nothing to do with throttle I have a push and pull. Slick Nick
And no feet on the pegs lmao
@xreconusmc3156 you look goofy as shit at the tree. Then you had your feet flapping like chicken wings LMAO.
bro running in the first clip faster than the bikes damnnn
This kind of stuff happens in car racing as well. Pride and over confidence makes racers stay in it to long
Got to hand it to these lads for keeping going. Hopefully, the rider in the second incident pulls up okay in the long run. Bad, bad stack that one.
He got back on the gas before letting the bike go back down let alone letting the front wheel hit the ground first
Was that vince hileman on family man? In the beginning? It has his 3 boys on the tail? He went down at 140...hes a local guy. I swear that was his black busa. 0.08
I think it is indeed.
@@cycledrag hes a local hero. I always lived next door to his family. My boss just bought his uncles house...i wonder if he ever went back to racing.
Great video 👍. STREET BIKES 😊👍😎

Or no helmet
The last battle so funny... Very very funny....
Glad they ok 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿,,🤦🏿♂️ to much power for to wheels not enough weight for the power that's being produced.
Better clutch work needed I think
No clutch to pull in. It’s a slider.
2 camera angles and both are on the starting line??
The Ralphie Navarro one was dangerous. Did the bike landed in top of him?!
The nose of it landed on his knee and broke it.
1:11 How the hell did he get his helmet off so fast?
Always strap it on tight!
He has a magnetic strap helmet..dont know why everybody's tripping on it..it clearly done its job it stayed on while he was tumbling.
I’ve seen tons of riders with helmets that are too big as well. It’s pretty disappointing.
I admire the no wheelie bar guys. I mean without them this can happen but also one is giving up so much in et
He got out of it and as it was coming down he hit it too hard and it went from there. Ive had it happen to me n it's scary as hell.
Please stop putting your titles in all caps. Also no need to try and hype up something by using words like, amazing, huge, etc. your trying to hard.
He just jabbed it to fast. If he would have let it dropped another 4 inches and jabbed it he woulda been out
Dangling feet. Better control when feet are on the pegs right away with knees gripping tank then you can release the throttle
The bike on the right weighs more than the one on the left
I think that bunny hop/holding on caused it to rewheelie
The tune maybe or the rev limit

Never stay on the gas when you're dam near Vertical.....respect the laws of Physics.....have a cut off point before its to late!
Mr.77check you can see he let out when it come up he just didn’t let it come down far enough before he got back in it
When he shifted it griped and popped up.
It looks like his chain was little bit loose
He pogo sticked it. It unloaded the rear suspension that's what pushed the front wheel way up in the air
Tighten that wheelie bar up!

All I can say is wheelie bar, wheelie bar, wheelie bar.
Nope!!!!!!!!!!!!
If he would have stayed off the gas the first time he could have recovered
Well I'm glad them boys are alright definitely busted butts I busted my butt a few times on my scooter the older you get the longer it takes to recover yo have a good race day he he he
I got a gsxr 1000 identical to the orange and black in mint condition ,low miles for sale
well i think when he wheelied he should have stay of the exlerater and let the front wheel touch the ground and keep going.
Very little experience in wheelies
So sad😞
Wow!
¡¡ He panic !!
Too much power?
back suspension way to soft.
Rear suspension too soft
We'd like to see your bike on the TRACK we know have one ,so come on out...👍
It looks like something broke and shifted the weight to the rear!
It looks like he sucks at riding.
He felt it dropping and he hammered back down on the fall but it came right back up. And the guy who looked the Busa..... I don’t understand how that happens... he had to have just whiskey throttled it
No it is called " GET WHEELIE BARS" !
Nope!!!!!!!!
@@mikelittle8546 dope
Why get back in the gas
This guy is obnoxious
When that front wheel go's past 10. O'clock pull clutch in save the bike, and many yourself
They don’t have clutch levers at all, so you comment is a no go
It bottom out and then he fell off
It was his burnout was to long
