Hey man anymore info on the pcv delete catch can setup so you just block off plate on the valve cover then hose to the catch can and the other end of that’s usually the return line is vent to atmosphere
Did you get the throttle response mapped? Mine's currently on stage 1+ but the nonlinear throttle response is driving me insane. With the Tiptronic it seems to be programmed to give 100% boost and throttle body 100% open at 35% pedal input

Great job. You probably saved a lot of money doing the mods yourself. I have a 2012 B4 Avant fresh engine,Ko4, IE aluminum manifold, CTS intercooler, CTS intake, stasis sway bars,down pipe,cat back exhaust, Bilsteen coil overs, the list goes on. Definitely a sleeper, not as fast as my TTRS though, but more practical.
Yes you are right. I got bored and painted it red and modify here and there. Then I got bored again and now it's back to black cover and more stock looking besides a catch can and a carbonio intake 😂. Not I got bored again and I need to modify it again... I got this atp gt30 turbo kit laying arround
You can see it at 6:15 it's for an S3 8p and was modified to fit. But personally I would recomand a "Welly cooler" off eBay with a 3 inch core that should be good for anything you throw at it

Also, do you have the partnumber of the S3 AP sensor? That is the only part i am missing ;) Thanks for the effords, Great video!

@@bike23august @bike23august ahh, mine broke 3 days after I bought it. the previous owner only performed Audi Long life services on the car. You should have seen the horrors I found in the oil sump and a clogged oil pickup. So I had to change the turbo, I should have taken the opportunity to put a K04 on it, but I just got the car and just bought a brand new standard turbo for it.
I'm new to the Audi A4 B7 club. I need to do some upgrades. So far I have started out with RS4 motor mount upgrades. That's it. I need to change my front end suspension and CV Axel. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You did all the work yourself? What would be the rough price estimate for all the parts? I'm guessing around 4-5k €? I have a stock 115k miles 2.0tfsi and I'm getting ready to do this 😃
Yes i done all the work myself. The price dependw on country and depends on the car.. in my case the turbo was blown and it needed the full service. A k03 costs new as much as a k04 so if i just repaired it it would have been half of the k04 conversion cost anyway

@@bike23august you can find cheap F23L on eBay if you search enough and if you check with the vendor that you don't get a rebadged K03. Frankenturbo issued some orders to China but did not buy all of them. Compressor wheel is bigger than K04-064 and is a 1:1 bolt on including DV and cat flange, but this you must ask the seller. Looks also stock and does not raise issues at TUV/MOT or whatever. They are pretty reliable, I drive mine since 30k km and no sweat.

The map has had the throttle calibrated but surely it's completely different feel to my other 2 manuals
So you have standard injectors in this video? And they are capable to produce 350hp with all those other fueling mods?

In the last revision ( the 7th or 8th😂) it's a valved exhaust with 2 resonators and 2 mufflers to keep it quiet
