THANK YOU! The biggest question I’ve always had was: what on Earth the emergency key is actually good for when my car has no apparent door keyhole! After searching online for an hour, you’re the only one I’ve found who has answered that question!!! Heck, I didn’t even know we could start a car with a dead key fob until I began searching for an answer to the door key question. Your video has been immensely helpful.
I don't understand how people can spend so much money on a car and not do even a quick read of their owner's manual. There is SO MUCH important information in them.
My mother doesn't even touch it, my father will look at his only if he is looking for things like lug nut toque and how to reset the oil life. They just got a new 2024 Trail Blazer. My mother thought that it had a separate windshield washing reservoir for the rear window. It doesn't in fact when the rear one stops is an indicator that you should fill it up as both run off the same reservoir. I overlooked the hood prop since I always thought that they would have spring loaded hinges that keep it up. It uses a hood prop. They didn't even know about the emergency key. Surprisingly the dealer never mentioned it either. Since this is there first vehicle to have the push button. The first thing I did was read the manual.
@@donrios3728 The owner's manual isn't a repair guide, it's an OWNER'S MANUAL! It tells you how how to safely and properly use and maintain your purchase. So you can, you know, help keep the thing you spent a ton of money on in good shape and avoid needing to have it repaired.
@@CoIee Google. Come on... Manufacturers will give you online versions of manuals for your specific VIN number. You can also order a physical copy from them directly or from a dealer. There are also repositories with owners' manuals for most any car make and model.
Help! when I press the lock button and unlock button or alarm button of my keyfob the sound is not working and no signal lights too, but the doors are locking and unlocking, what do you recommend me to do? thank you so much for who will respond

When you're spending that much money on a car you shouldn't have to look up how to fix things on it....

Not every car comes with an owners manual. Ours didn’t.

I was just wondering about this. Mother got a 2024 Chevy Trail Blazer and I must have overlooked the part about the emergency fob slot to start it.
Also by sticking the fob on the starter button will start ..instead of using your finger use the fob instead

My ram truck don’t have a backup slot, you just push the button with the dead fob to start it

The alarm goes off
