Just purchased a 2000 750 ace. It's been sitting for a couple years. Started with ordering new petcock and filter. Carbs are going to be gone over cleaned etc. Love this channel!
By far the best RUclips channel I have came across. I give you major props on being so detailed and descriptive in your videos. As a mechanic on both vehicles and bikes and being a huge enthusiast in both. I have to say the way you lay it out on your videos is phenomenal.
I bought my 1988 vlx 600 a few months ago and the previous owner had butchered the air intake system and slapped on a couple of air pods in its place. The motorcycle came with cobra /cut drag pipes and I am not sure if the carburetor was ever jetted properly. Looking at this video opened up my eyes to how badly the carburetor was set up I have hoses and plugs in places where they should not be! I cannot thank you enough for posting this video! I only wish you were on the East Coast :(
Wish I had found you first - before I relied on the inaccurate advise of others. I would've never used that twist tie wire if I'd known beforehand. Amazing such a tiny flaw can render the bike inoperable.
Thanks again for good info. I just cleaned Casper's jets. I got enthused by your jetting video and asked you a question with a quick reply. After watching this video I subscribed so Next time I can take the EPA crap off and let her roll. I just dont plan on fighting all those friggin hoses again. This is my third cleaning. Bike set 3 years before I bought it. .Cleaning number 1. I got hurt in a serious accident and was down 6 months. Cleaning number 2. I had 3 surgeries last year . cleaning number 3. Now Im being told I am getting a shoulder surgery. Im gonna start it everyday til I can ride again. Thanks Mr Styles.
I got back into the carbs. I scrubbed eevery port with paint gin cleaning brushes from one end to the other. There was a coating on the inside of the port the needle travels up and down in leaving to small amount of gasolins to travel. I was very suprized. Now that it was cleaned I followed your directions to rid the carb of the "excess crap attached to them. They went on easy. as soon as it warmed up it ran like a striped a** ape. Ever since I owned it I attributed the one cylinder backfire on decel to be from where the previous owner drilled holes around the baffle on one exhaust pipe. He wanted it louder. It doesnt do that anymore. It never ran this good since Ive owned it. It just needed a good roto rooteringand the epa stuff probablt just added to the clutter. Thanks for the education. still waiting for surgery. Ive been passed off to another surgeon so Im starting all over again.Just more time to ride before they limit my activity. See ya. Sorry bout the desperate email.
2 questions: 1...does the carb need to be jetted in a 97 vlx 600 if the baffles are removed? 2...do you mind if I plug your channel? We are a Chicago martial arts channel and I'd love to pass your info on in one of our videos.
I didn't consider scratches as a factor. I've cleared the holes, just not the center of the small jets. . I first soaked the jets in gasoline, then carb cleaner, now vinegar. After each I used a bread sack twist tie wire. I suppose that could scratch the metal enough to damage it,as you described the interior damage could be microscopic. Doesn't feel very good not to able to afford a very affordable replacement part but it is what it is for now. Was so hoping i could do this with the fuel filter being my only replacement part. Appreciate your time and expertise. Thank you so much.
Please answer a couple of questions: The 'float' covers are different. I didn't notice that when I took them off. Both fit either side but they are different. Which goes on what side? I'm cleaning the jets instead of replacing. Do the small jets have a hollow center? If so, nothing is clearing that space at the center of either small jet. Stumped on this one. This is my first try at self-taught motorcycle schooling. I feel accomplished at what I've accomplished thus far but I sure could use some accurate advice.
Thanks so much for your response. Very helpful to know it doesn't matter which cover goes on what side. I thought they were just alike until further inspection. I'm a 54 yo grandma and don't have the money to put the bike in a shop. Doing the best I can. Need to sell it to catch up on some bills. And yes it's a 750. Been a really nice bike with zero problems until I became ill and let it sit too long. I'm also cleaning the tank with vinegar. Have dumped a lot of crud out so far. I will use distilled water and baking soda when I feel all the rust is out. I might need to consult you again..... Thanks so much. Your video was helpful and the only video I found with a matching carb. Wish I could afford new jets but I'm a broke okie have to do what I can to ameliorate the problem. Hoping I can get those smaller jets cleaned out. So I assume they are supposed to be hollow all the way through by your comment. If everything I try fails, I'll try to buy new ones somehow. I've been making videos as I go along. Maybe someday I'll post them. If this bike starts when I get it back together, that is. Ha. I'm determined to do this. Again, thanks. :)
hay man thx for sharing beneficial videos .. but would you tell more infos. . whats these ports plugged with red and orange for ? and also those side lines with no hoses whats for ?
Ive been trying to figure out which ones to plug... thank you for this... I rode my bike around the storage lot for a little bit and its stumbling a little... I went in slightly on the throttle adjustment and mix screws are at 2½ turns out on each side... It sounds good on idle but im getting afterfire. It also stumbles on acceleration. Gonna take it apart tomorrow to reroute the fuel line(I think one of your vids say it goes over the carb, not under it but I want to make sure) and plug those ports.
How about 1985 VT700? It's time to rebuild carbs after long sitting... One carb leaking, another doing idk... Shooting things and spluter. Was changed air filter and the exhaust. Maybe i better put stock air box and filter?
@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS if i dont plug the 2 black movable plastic tubes my engine just dies. I need to plug them, and were you put the yellow plugs, thats where my choke cable is. So i cant plug them. Or do i need to remove this? Just putted on the velocitystacks with the jetkit
also could you break down to everyone the tall tale signs if you need to rejet. like if is back firing, poor idle, bad riding , dieing I think it would solve a lot of questions if someone like you put it all on the table. we would know once and for all if we need to rejet or not thanks
Hey TJ, I just did the stacks and plug stuff. Question is the gas tank vent line. With a full tank of fuel it leaked when I was trying to mount the tank and hook up the fuel line. Should I run a hose off the nipple somewhere so it doesn't leak onto the motor? It used to have a line that went to the charcoal canister I believe. Which has been removed as well as the emission stuff. Thanks. Denis.
Great Video quick question though the two black plastic ports you said to leave open, did that and it pops through the carbs, when i plug them it runs smooth they seem to have a vacuum
let me ask one more question.. .. i have my vt750 ace model 1999 comes stock with older petcock version " the manual no vac. " .. buy mistake i ordered newr version which comes with vacuum system line .. question is 👉 where can i find vacum line port to link it with the petcock vac port ?
1993 vlx 600. Pulled the carbs after installing vstacks. Won't stay running (no surprise not done). Looking to plug these holes and not seeing them. Looks like where they should be was manufactured sealed up. Am I missing something right in front of me?
not all the 600 carbs will have all the vacuum ports. if yours doesnt, dont worry, please note, some of these ports are supposed to remain open as they are vents.
i want to cut the baffles off the exhaust and remove the stock airbox is it possible to get it to run properly without rejetting. can i adjust the screws to get them to work proper or is there not enough adjustment
Hey man. I'm working with an 03 shadow Spirit 750. I'm trying to run pods on my carbs, along with straight pipes. What stage jet kit would you suggest, and what pods would you go with? Thanks for this video by the way!
TJ I have a 750dc and I ordered the wrong carb (was cheaper) it is a 750 cb. The carb has those extra ports you rubber capped off, but is identical otherwise. Can I rubber cap off those 3 ports where you have the colored caps? I got your rebuild kit, but I wasn't going full on stacks and everything. For reference I ordered a 16102-MCR carb and I had a 16100-MCR carb. It would be awesome if you could help me the 16100 is like 2x the cost and I would prefer not to return this one.
Ok having issues and hope you can direct me. I have replaced the stock jets with brand new, sonic cleaned the carbs twice, new intake boots, followed the video exactly and it still runs like hell. If I pull choke she will rev high but run great. No popping or back firing. Without pulling choke she'll rev but back fire/pop. This is not on the road this is parked. Everything tells me I have a vacuum leak but I have sprayed carb cleaner everywhere while running and no changes. I just pulled the Air Cut off valves and they seem fine. No cracks and are not hard. I have even went as far as to put emissions vacuum lines back on and it runs same either way. The only other thing I can think of is choke (or enrichment system) cable adjustment. As mine is a bit difficult to pull out and won't stay out it draws back in as if it is binding. If I pull the cable it operates just fine, smooth and not dragging. Any help or ideas would be great :) Thanks
Great thank you... my wife and I are building her first bike... I've put in the new jets I've ordered from your site, she wanted to keep that atrocious airbox setup...lol. is this why I'm having problems with mid to full throttle?...lost of power and sputtering. Or that I didn't plug those ports maybe? Idles great.. snappy throttle at idle but not when under a load
would this work for the 1100 carb as well? mine looks very similar to the one you have there. it has not been jetted though, that will happen at a later date, after I get the jet kit
Hi, I got a shadow 600 vc s, I take off all the air box, but I don't have the yellow, black son red nipples in my carbs. I take out the brass screws but don't run. Would you help me whit that? Thanks. Great work!
Hello. I have a 98 Shadow 600 VLX Deluxe bobber with drag shorty pipes and jetted to 48cc. I plan on ordering polished velocity stacks from you. Do you still make them? And also, will I need to have the carbs rejetted again? Thank you :)
Hey TJ. I have a Honda Shadow VT750DC 2006 model. I am putting back the carb after a clean and can't figure out where exactly to hook up the long piece on the air vent tube. Is this part of the air vent tube not suppose to connect to any piece on the carb?
Great video, I'm cleaning the carbs on my '88 vlx. Question: Can I remove the hoses that connected to the carb completely? Do I have to cap where the other end connected on the bike or can I leave those open?
Sorry, I tend to do that a lot, type confusing questions that is. The small port you identify at :49; there is currently a small hose connected to it. If I cap that port then the vacuum hose will sit there connected to nothing on the carb. The other end is still connected to I believe the purge control valve or the air vent control valve. My question is should I also cap the ports at the valve or just leave them open?
Perfect! Thanks for the link. BTW you have a knack for explanation in the videos. Very easy to follow. I'll be making some purchases from your site in the near future for sure.
hi TJ! I'm having a problem on my bike. When I accelerate quick the bike star to run no property, is like one cylinder turn off, I don't know if it is a carb problem or electrical problem. I already clean the carb and changed the air filter
vt 1100 c2 1997 ..... in the mornings it is difficult to turn it on, and if not accelerated shuts down. and when the engine is hot there is no problem, what I need to do??
Any advice you can give me about installing new carb boots? previous owner took them off the bike and I can't get them to align and seat properly for the life of me
Hey TJ , got everything down with the carburetors hooked up and everything turned the key and it starts pumping out fuel from 1 of the 2 open brass spouts, did I move something around that makes my fuel pump continue to pump trough the carb?
hi TJ! i have a Honda shadow saber 1100 and from the right side of the engine i notice a sound, is like chains or something loose inside do you have a video showing whats inside at the right of the clutch gears.thanks.
Hey TJ, ordered some stuff from you including velocity stacks, jets, and plug kit . I was putting the carbs back together after a cleaning soak (bikes been sitting outside for the better part of a decade) and getting my ducks in a row for when the parts arrive. Is it possible my carbs have nothing to plug? Looks like two ports for fuel, two plastic ports, and the two in the middle and thats it. Looks like I ordered a plug kit for no reason, assuming I'm not missing something. I was huffing 10 year old gas and carb cleaner so....
Bro, I've done everything and followed everything from this video, the 8 minute video and the how to rebuild and rejet your carb part 1,2,3 and 4, I've sent you two emails and have gotten no response, I ordered your performance parts kit, the $100 one not the $270. Installed everything correctly per your videos and how to's. My bike doesn't run right, dual carb, spirit 750 open intake and open exhaust. When I do slow acceleration, it's good and red lines. But when I do a hard acceleration it pops, struggles and dies. I've tried different AFM's and carb sync, idk what else to do.
I don't need anything crazy just the little throttle link stay that goes on the carb but the one that has the lil extension to bolt on the little cover that goes over the whole carb
First gen vt1100 carbs look different dont have quite as much to mess with. Having trouble with gas overflowing out of that plastic T post that's in between the two carbs ! Any ideas?
Hi do I need the chokes connected,I saw on the site that you offer upgraded choke .I bought velocity stacks and want to put my carb back on to hear how’s she sounds.
Fantastic series. It was funny how such a good looking guitar was in such poor shape. It looks and sounds great now with such a warm chimey warble to to it
Hey..my shadow has been sitting for a while and when pull the throttle back full it doesn't wanna go..can barely get it up to 40..so what do I need to do..Thanks
Hey TJ, i've got a question about the dual carbs from my '89 vt600. I followed your insructions in this video and after i installed the carbs on my bike i noticed that fuell is leaking out of the left brass port (it has about 3 cm of rubber hose on the port) that is located between the two plastic ports. Do you have any idea what the problem is?
Choke issue..Starts and runs great...engage choke and motor dies. i removed and cleaned carb 2003 VT750 All stock.. Runs great, engage choke slightly..motor dies. THX for your time.
Honda VT750 Spirit ALL STOCK.. Intake ,carb, pipe, filter. No drill holes in pipe..I think you are right, to rich...somebody probably oval out idle jet holes...So when choke is engaged she dies. What do you think. Thank you for your time.
I have a question...im getting shitty gas mileage on my 2005 shadow sabre 1100....fuel is leaking out of the bottom of my bike...those 2 rubber hoses that hang down on the bottom of the bike....red light to red light it runs ok but when i get on the highway i can;t go but about a mile at higher speeds and it starts cutting out like it's running out of gas....sluggish...popping really loud from my pipes....like it's not getting fuel....would it be dirty carbs?
***** thanks bro, so I can use the above video to plug those ports on my VT750DC (I am gonna get some of your sweet looking stacks this summer and want to remove all I can that is not absolutely necessary at the same time). thanks again, best shadow vids on here.
I have a Honda Shadow 500/1985.. I was driving long doing about 50 kilometers ,when my bike lost power..It was running sluggish..and there was no rpm reading.. I've since checked the coils ..They are fine ..Cleaned the carb and filters,also.. If I disconnect the coil to the second engine,I have an rpm reading..hook the coil back up and no rpms. I swapped the coils and tried the same thing..... same results.. Doesn't matter which coil is up front when i disconnect the coil to the second engine I seem to get a normal reading.. any solutions,..... thanks
I have a couple questions. I have a 1985 Honda 500 shadow. Just today the clutch handle when I squeeze it it releases for me to shift but then it doesn't return what could be be causing that. Also When I ride it when I try and crack it to like pass the bike dogs down like spits and sputters tries to die out. In nutrual I can gun it and it revs up beautifully but under a load it dogs right down. Also had it leak gas from my tank down into the crankcase someone said my floats stuck Any help. No Honda dealers around me close.
Tj I'm rebuilding a 1992 Honda shadow vt1100c bike was apart when I got it. the guy claimed he had the carbs tuned by a Honda certified tech I was going to reinstall them and found 500 hoses that are just hanging as well as an evap canister. So I looked at the owner manual looks like I'm missing the air control valve my carbs are slightly different. Can I remove egr system and what should I do about jetting the carb is stock ok?
I have been looking on youtube for doing jets on my 1994 honda vt600cd. I see you have a post for the 1999-2007 but before that it is the dual carb could you please do one for that if you do then I will buy one from your company and follow you step by step
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS The bike's running, circulating coolant fine. The temp levels out at about 198 at idle (taking temp of cylinder). Is that within range? I'm getting a bad car balancing problem, though. It runs good at a little higher RPM's and both cylinders stay about the same temp, but I'm getting a lot of air intake for the rear cylinder, but barely any that I can feel on the front. I just cover with my hand to feel air flow, and it's MASSIVELY different. Adjusting air/fuel mix and balancer adjuster doesn't seem to do anything. I found a little polymer obstruction under the float needle valve seat, behind the screen and removed it. Thinking there might be more up that hole that I could fish out (that's what she said). Would this cause the massive air flow difference, or do I have a timing or valve adjustment issue perhaps? Like I said, it would ride right now, but I want to get the carbs right before any road testing.
Any idea what can cause a bike to cut out at 1/4 throttle? Idles perfect, starts right up easily, it will allow more throttle if I go super slow with it then rev hard at the bog. 2003 750 spirit.
What year is that carb? I dont see the ports on my carb that are on yours that are plugged. My carb is from a 95 Honda shadow vlx 600. I see metal nipples but they are not open.
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS ok thanks. I ordered some jets from you. Hopefully they do the trick with bigger jets. I can get the bike started with thr choke but once the choke is in the bike doesn't idle. I'm close.
re-jet with bigger jets or smaller. I just put in brand new stock jets (115 main and 40 slow) and thought it would be nice to get rid of some of the smog stuff. I will probably end up getting the velocity stacks around tax time though.
Hello. I have the velocity stacks and jet kit from you. But now. Seem to have some issues with the bike. I had a shop install the parts and the bike ran. After awhile I removed the baffles from the stock exhaust and now it seems to run like crap. Sputters, backfires and hesitates. And just recently it now dies when it warms up. Any ideas on what I need to do? Also, those black plastic connections on the top of the carbs, if I plug one of them while the bike is running is seems to smooth out the ideal. It would keep the revs up on its own if I don't pull on the choke or plug that plastic.
I got the stacks and cut the pipes too, it is very hard to adjust the carbs, but I think you should give a few turns more on the mixture screws, mine is popping like hell in out of the back cylinder to, having a hard time fixing that, but runs other than that it runs great
this dude is the man!! he helped me get the jetting right on my shadow over the phone!!
Just purchased a 2000 750 ace. It's been sitting for a couple years. Started with ordering new petcock and filter. Carbs are going to be gone over cleaned etc. Love this channel!

Thanks. Im new to motorcycles. Trying to fix one so I can learn to ride for the first time. This video and the others has helped a lot. Cheers.
Excellent video. no bullshit, just the facts.
I'm sorry, I'll try to employ more bullshit in my videos. I'm sorry i let you down 🤣
Can't thank you enough, dude. Did you think 11 years later people would STILL be getting help from this video?
Thanks for the support!! We are glad we can be of service!

Thanks for these videos. Bought my very first bike yesterday. 97 Honda Shadow vlx with only 6k on it. These vids are outstanding.
Congratulations on the new scoot!
2 questions:
1...does the carb need to be jetted in a 97 vlx 600 if the baffles are removed?
2...do you mind if I plug your channel? We are a Chicago martial arts channel and I'd love to pass your info on in one of our videos.
Excellent tutorial, thanks for sharing. I'm now going to attempt a carb rebuild on a 1996 Honda VT1100C2.

The two values you have plugged I do not have those on my carb and my bike runs like crap with the velocity stacks

Hey. I decided to order your stacks online!! I ordered them about a week and a half ago!! Thanks, I'm looking forward to getting them on my bike!!

Thanks for this video bro it helped me figure out a major problem and now my bike is up and running again 🙌👍😀😎
The kit comes with a thouroughly enjoyable "DO FUN SHIT" sticker. Would recomend.
Is this advice only if you are getting the performance jet kit or is this advice helping with stock carbs as well? Thanks!
How about 1985 VT700? It's time to rebuild carbs after long sitting... One carb leaking, another doing idk... Shooting things and spluter. Was changed air filter and the exhaust. Maybe i better put stock air box and filter?
Sorry man we don't deal with the tariff buster bikes. Im.sorry I can't help!
Great videos. Will my 99 shadow ace pass inspection with the velocity stacks?
I live in Massachusetts
Okay thanks

i dont mess with stock petcocks tbh. i run a straight line to a ball valve.
1993 vlx 600. Pulled the carbs after installing vstacks. Won't stay running (no surprise not done). Looking to plug these holes and not seeing them. Looks like where they should be was manufactured sealed up. Am I missing something right in front of me?

How do I know what size jets to use?
Excellent. Very helpful video. I went over to your web site. So, I'll be buying from there once I'm ready. Thanks. Good work.
hey tj i need you to start putting out some vt1100 parts bro

Any help or ideas would be great :)
Thanks
TJBRUTALCUSTOMS I have replaced the intake boots. any tips to finding a vac leak?
Does this video pertain VT750s?
Tj.. I just bought your rejet kit for a vt750 does this also apply?
Great thank you... my wife and I are building her first bike... I've put in the new jets I've ordered from your site, she wanted to keep that atrocious airbox setup...lol. is this why I'm having problems with mid to full throttle?...lost of power and sputtering. Or that I didn't plug those ports maybe? Idles great.. snappy throttle at idle but not when under a load
yup!
would this work for the 1100 carb as well? mine looks very similar to the one you have there. it has not been jetted though, that will happen at a later date, after I get the jet kit
Like what ? Can we follow these steps exactly or what's the deal
Is this basically the same for a 84 VT500c
kinda sorta same basic concepts but the vacuum ports may be different
What did you use to block off the ports?

@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS Ordered. Thank you.
Is this the same for honda vt600
hi TJ! I'm having a problem on my bike. When I accelerate quick the bike star to run no property, is like one cylinder turn off, I don't know if it is a carb problem or electrical problem. I already clean the carb and changed the air filter
Hey man. I have a 1990 shadow 1100. I was wondering if you have a diagram for the vacuum lines on the carb and where they are supposed to go?
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS thank you
vt 1100 c2 1997 ..... in the mornings it is difficult to turn it on, and if not accelerated shuts down. and when the engine is hot there is no problem, what I need to do??
I. Have duel carbs on my 97 1100vt shadow is their way I can put a single carb on .
Any advice you can give me about installing new carb boots? previous owner took them off the bike and I can't get them to align and seat properly for the life of me
How an I get one of you carb kits for my 750 spirit 2001 it 65 k mi on it and do I meet to calibrate the valves as well
Hey TJ , got everything down with the carburetors hooked up and everything turned the key and it starts pumping out fuel from 1 of the 2 open brass spouts, did I move something around that makes my fuel pump continue to pump trough the carb?
I have a Honda Steed VLX 400 which is almost the same frame that VLX 600, so I was wandering if I can use this jet kit as well on my VLX 400?
I have a port on my 94 vlx 600 right behind the wheel holding the throttle cables. Does it need a hose, open, or plugged?
My air hoses the ones you said to put 3" hose on pours has when is runs.
hi TJ! i have a Honda shadow saber 1100 and from the right side of the engine i notice a sound, is like chains or something loose inside do you have a video showing whats inside at the right of the clutch gears.thanks.
Do these videos work on a 97 vt1100c
I did a rebuild on my 94 honda shadow and I'm having fuel hemorrhaging. do i need to mess with the floats ?? or just air, fuel screws
Fantastic series. It was funny how such a good looking guitar was in such poor shape. It looks and sounds great now with such a warm chimey warble to to it
You are awesome. . You deserved to be subscribed thanks for the info
Does the VT750C2F have a dual carb or single?
Hey..my shadow has been sitting for a while and when pull the throttle back full it doesn't wanna go..can barely get it up to 40..so what do I need to do..Thanks
Hey tj if done evrything you said but i did not plug anything or left a piece of hose but the bike ran fine do i still need to plug m?????
Is that the same carbs on a 750
i havent bought one yet im looking to buy do you guys sell something like that
I have a question...im getting shitty gas mileage on my 2005 shadow sabre 1100....fuel is leaking out of the bottom of my bike...those 2 rubber hoses that hang down on the bottom of the bike....red light to red light it runs ok but when i get on the highway i can;t go but about a mile at higher speeds and it starts cutting out like it's running out of gas....sluggish...popping really loud from my pipes....like it's not getting fuel....would it be dirty carbs?
my 99 1100 shadow has dual carb set up. how do i go about installing spike air cleaner kit for this.
Hi does this video apply to a 2003 Honda Shadow ACE 750?
Thanks bud you rock!
Hey TJ, please could you confirm, is this dual carb the same as a dual carb vt750 I.e. layout of all the ports/intakes etc? Thanks!
Doesn't matter which coil is up front when i disconnect the coil to the second engine I seem to get a normal reading.. any solutions,..... thanks
On an 88 dual carb I don't see any of the things you plugged up there are no more openings . Are they different on that year
Well shit, does my 1988 vt800 shadow have dual carb
What if my carbs don’t have all of those vacuum ports?
Hey tj, does this video applies to 07 spirit 750 dual carb as well?? Thanks!
This is the same for 750s running velocity stacks correct?
Thank you!
I have been looking on youtube for doing jets on my 1994 honda vt600cd. I see you have a post for the 1999-2007 but before that it is the dual carb could you please do one for that if you do then I will buy one from your company and follow you step by step
My 97' does not have the vacuum ports you plugged.
Hey man any chance you guys have parts for a 97 Honda shadow vlx 600?
So .. don't need to plug these ports on my '92 shadow since they're already plugged with brass fittings of some kind. Can you please confirm?
Too much air are you running stock intake? Stock jets?
What year is that carb? I dont see the ports on my carb that are on yours that are plugged. My carb is from a 95 Honda shadow vlx 600. I see metal nipples but they are not open.
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS ok thanks. I ordered some jets from you. Hopefully they do the trick with bigger jets. I can get the bike started with thr choke but once the choke is in the bike doesn't idle. I'm close.
is it okay to cap off the ports you said if it's a stock bike and not using velocity stacks?
re-jet with bigger jets or smaller.
