Great video & thank you for taking the time to share the updates on the Toyota. Enjoy the new family when the time comes especially when they are young. My two boys are 27 & 31 now & that's another whole different ball game of fun. But your children are only young & developing once & you definitely don't want to miss any special moments. I can still remember the day my oldest was five & asked why I worked all the time & wasn't home? That was a wake up call for me to change my life, Time is Priceless!
Great walk around man. Thanks for sharing. We have a 22 TRD off-road, finally getting things going on it & it feels nice to finally be making it happen. Especially also having a 6 month old camping buddy ourselves so definitely get you. Congrats on your guy’s little one!
Truck looks amazing buddy and congrats again on the baby! That Garmin system is pretty sweet. Reminds me of my REDARC Redvision which is one of my favorite mods to date. Keep up the good work man!
@ArkansasOverland, thx for bringing us your updates on your rig, awesome it's a never ending project like a Harley or Hot Rod money 💰 bucket, love your channel and keep doing what your doing brah hang loose see you on the next one 👍 👊✌🤙🙏stay safe and safe travels brahda, Congratulations on your new addition to the family 👪 God bless you and your family 👍
I still feel pain for your Decked Drawers when you cut them, but it looks good and functional. I really like the light setup too. My next big project. I’ve been searching for a tailgate/handle solution if I didn’t use my ladder on the GFC. I guess if I had to ask a question, how do you mount extras to GFC interior, and routing to the tent/sleep deck? Very nice build! Take your time with the baby, all this RUclips stuff will be waiting for when you find the time.
Good going Also have the power switch set up, with the overlander GPS brilliant system setting up the different themes dim, bright, zones mega for stuff. 😄 also done a strobe one not used for anything important, but one day it could come in handy. Nice one go steady.
Best Tacoma content on youtube, by far! Been subbed for a while and it just gets better and better. Did you decide what to do with your cracked core support?
Complete Layman in regards to electrical, lookin to spend an afternoon cleanin up the rats nest I made. Tryin to understand, so there’s 2 wires each coming off the positive and negative terminals. The default and it looks like you added a secondary wire for the bus bars. Then adhered those to the upper fuse box? And all the auxiliary connections would terminate to the bars
Bro, that's a super sweet and super practical setup. With the camper though you got to have a redarc bcdc inverter with like 100/200 amp of lithium it's a total game chenger, bro. It like a whole new level. I'm sure you know but I'm just sharing my humble opinion. I didn't say your power setup is not good enough, alright?
Congrats! The kid mod is a big deal. Total game changer. 18:00 Those are bad ass. 🤘 20:47 what’s up with the Westy sticker? I had an 82 Westy back in the day. Loved that old camper van
Digging the updates. Been considering wheels and tires. You mentioned 16s. Is there any difference, performance-wise between 16s and 17s if the tire is the same height? I HATE the tailgate ridges. Friggin kills my knees lmao.. I'm planning a trip to Expo East. Kinda hoping you'll be there. I would love to see this beast in person. But, family first. Congrats man!! You won't find anything more rewarding than fatherhood.
Man I'd love to be at East, but won't be able to make it. I have another show in Arkansas the next weekend. As far as performance between the two, it's negligible, but you get more sidewall so maybe a little more flex/cushion.
@@ArkansasOffroad Good stuff man, I appreciate it. I am going to probably get out to some of the west shows next year. Thinking probably Mountain West. Looks like y'all have a lot of fun w that one.
Amazing Build!!! Thanks for sharing this video; Quick Question, what is the name of the color on the truck? I have been looking for a color similar o identical to the old Safari Classic "Camel Trophy Defender," but looking to get the actual name because I found it very similar. Thanks in Advance
Is the dual swing out rear bumper discontinued? I just ordered the front bumper and wanted the rear to match but the dual swing out option isn’t available on the website.
@@ArkansasOffroad interesting I rubbed fenders like crazy. Trimmed them up and reattached fender liners, it’s honestly hardly noticeable to the lay eye. The back doesn’t rub at all which makes me wonder if my bump is limiting too much travel so maybe eventually I’ll try another u bolt flip kit and see if that gives a bit more travel but I’m tired of working on the truck for now
Best Tacoma build I’ve ever seen.
One of the best consistently upgraded and thought out built tacomas on the net. Love your content.
Dude, thanks so much!!
The Tacoma is looking sweet! I love the new decal on the back, looks super clean. You were one of the people that inspired me to get a Tacoma!
So awesome! Appreciate it!

Just added several Baja’s myself!! Next level. I hadn’t looked into the Tread. That’s a pretty solid piece of kit.

Best Tacoma built I’ve seen and your super unrated RUclipsr, you should have more followers then LLOD
Dude thanks so much for that!
Truck is looking dope but more importantly congrats to you and the Mrs. on the new arrival. Good luck on sleep for the next few months....lol.
Here in Honolulu all the guys run 17” rims (mostly Volk’s) I’m with you and would stay 16” rim size.
Just back from Mountain West. Another great video! Kiss Hank for me!
Congrats on the baby boy!

I love my Switch-Pros and really have no issues with it. But that garmin tread looks sick
That’s a real Baaad… Tacoma. 👀👀👀👀
Thanks!
That GFC camper is so BA!
Congratulations on the baby. Just wanted to let you know as a father myself the car seat should not be in contact at all with the front seats.
looking good man!!
Love the geolandars! They last forever!

Get you some clear shrink wrap and put it over your labels on your wires

What kind of MPG you getting with 35s?
Dude! Thanks so much 👊 Getting 11-14. Sometimes slightly more. Depends on wind, weather, etc. lol.
What is the actual size number for that tire? I’m looking for a 16” 35

Thanks!! Westy sticker is just an ode to the old westys + go fast camper. The guy I bought it from also has a westy, and he made that sticker.
@@ArkansasOffroad luck him. They’re about worth their weight in gold these days. I live in Taiwan now and they’re even more rare and expensive here.
Congrats on becoming a dad!
Your intro is BA
Hi, thank for all this info. I m interesting about your solar panel on your hood , can you give me some info.
Thank you

Great mods and video! Congrats on your new coming addition to your Family. Did you repair the torn metal underneath the front? Was wondering.
Thanks! It's welded up for now lol
Sickkkk rig!!!
Give us more info about the antenna you have right on the Conner of your truck
Truck is looking dialed brother
I hope you documented how you took off the TRD decal.
Nope, just heat it up with a hair dryer or heat gun and peel it up slowly
Have you done any brake upgrades with all the weight your carrying?
Just drilled and slotted rotors and brake pads
@@ArkansasOffroad I would look into the Power Brake upgrade kit. Completely worth it at this point especially with a newborn.
@@Gazziza29 Does the kit require 17 inch wheels ?

It is unfortunately
Congrats on your new born
Is that hood mounted solar panel a custom job? If not, is there a link for that?
isn't there more tire choose for 17"? I was thinking going 17 just for availability.
Yes there is, that's the downfall unfortunately. That's why I had to wait so long for those yokos
is the camera in the front is a backup camera? Can share which model it is.
Its a universal camera. It's from Garmin
Did the 1inch wheel spacer cause more rubbing on the back fender?
On the rear tire? Not at all. It did on the cab mount tho
@Arkansas Offroad ah ok yeah I was referring to the front wheel well. Good to know thanks
Are those seat covers or factory leather?
what about the front core support thing cracking?
It's welded back up...for now
Yeah dude.
The chrome zone
I was close

@@ArkansasOffroad hahaha
Who make the front and rear bumper?
That's the company I work for, Backwoods Adventure Mods.
What antenna do you use up front?
it's a HiBoost cell booster
👍
Makes my Taco look like junk. Im still saving for suspension and it’s been a year😂

Unfortunately, we've discontinued them. Hopefully we'll haev them one day.
