- Deb - in all her glory and flaws! Honestly, I have no words to convey the beauty of Deb's strong spirit, her ability to love unconditionally and persevere through hardship over and over again. I could only attempt to capture some of it through vidding.

I was hopeful (because Deb vid!) when I clicked, and then 1:15 and you chose Deb dealing with the end of s1 for that moment, and then this became one of my favourite vids - that's what I love about Deb. Breaking down, and yet pulling herself up again. And well, this means I should probably watch the rest of the show...

Thank you for watching and leaving feedback! Deb was my favorite on that messed up show and a reason why I was trying to still see light in later seasons and continued to bear with it. It's dreadful how they handled everything in S8, I didn't even see the last few episodes, refuse to get those images into my system. I only read about it and never want to watch. For me Jeniffer Carpenter's performance was a key thing, she doesn't act, she lives through it and makes us taste it with our skin and that's what's so extraordinary. Thanks again for seeing the beauty of Deb with me and telling me how you feel about the vid! Much appreciated.
Oh dear... *hugs* Thank you so much for your amazing feedback. I know the feeling... I love Deb's character so much and the way they mistreated her in storytelling is totally insane, but that is what writers do sometimes. Crying over such characters isn't pathetic but beautiful - shows we care and that we want more people like that in the world. She has an amazing soul... One of the greatest characters on tv imo. I'm in love with Jennifer Carpenter's character. Disliked the ending of the show. Going to read the novels and see how it differs from the show, books are always less disappointing to me.
She's a wonderful actress indeed. :) I'll be looking forward to seeing her other works. Here's hope she'll end up getting cast in decent projects in the future.
This is such a beautiful vid! Captures the essence of Deb wonderfully! I've always thought she didn't get the ending she deserved. She's the only character of the show with a moral compass until she's forced her hand. Such an underrated character.I just couldn't get over the finale 😭 As a result I've started watching another series where she's in Limitless... Fair to say she's getting more love and respect here 🥺🙏 Gem of an actress!

She killed an innocent person. It was not a mistake or an act of self-defence: she deliberately killed her lieutenant which makes Deb even more controversial character and person than her clearly insane brother (he just could not help being whatever he was). But yeah, I liked her. Great clip (as always).
