Hi, just bought a new ninja this week. But I found after using two times..the lid of dough jar opens itself. I thought it’s a faulty product then I changed and get a new one . .. I am having same problem again.
Definitely contact the support..mine is been doing all well with all the load I put into it even without even chopping it takes a lot of load n automatically works ..contact them hope it sorts out
