The last time I really was in love. It was a magical night. After this, my wife and I began to accept sad realities. I can pinpoint the moment. And in the end, I know it's all my fault. But it's nice to remember that night.
Bruce may not be able to hit those "church bingo chances" notes now, but his pipes are still pretty damn good, otherwise! Great song. Too bad that the lyrics, like those in many other great songs, resonate very little with younger folk these days.
Absolutely. I mean give the man a break, he's 70 here and still sings notes better than I ever will. It's still a very sweet song, the youth may not be able to relate as well, but there's still an endearing charm to it.
I was there, and this was one of my favorite moments from that night. Almost all of my other favorite moments involved Brian Wilson. 🌻🌞🏄♂🌊
BRUCE BRUCE BRUCE
this was my very first Beach Boys concert. Thanks so much for sharing all these great videos!

I think Bruce mimes the keyboard these days.
is that even a question anymore? same thing goes for Al`s guitar.
@@dmer-zy3rb there's plenty of current video of Al being the only guitarist playing live
@@joeycalderone9172 yeah, but not together with the beach boys or with brian wilson.
@@dmer-zy3rb that wasn't what you said though. You said that Al mimes the guitar, but there is proof to the contrary :)
@@joeycalderone9172 i hadnt seen his recent "scaled down" performances with his son by that point.
where was mike?

No power in Brooth's voice-he can't clap to this one either. Syrupy at best.
