Amber Heard could be heard admitting to hitting Johnny Depp in a recording played in court.
Ms Heard and Mr Depp could be heard arguing about the fight in the recording, in which she said she hit Mr Depp but she didn’t “deck” him. She also told Mr Depp to “grow up”, calling him a “baby”.
The defamation trial between Mr Depp and Ms Heard began on Monday 11 April in Fairfax, Virginia following Mr Depp’s lawsuit against his ex-wife in March 2019. Mr Depp is arguing that she defamed him in a December 2018 op-ed published in The Washington Post titled “I spoke up against s*xual v*olence - and faced our culture’s wrath. That has to change”.

If he does not win this case, then there is something seriously wrong with the justice system. It has been proven that she has been emotionally and physically abusive to him. Yet not once has it been proved that he hit her!

If JD doesn’t win this case there is something truly wrong with the justice system. It’s not always the male, I know a few women that are like this and I truly feel sorry for the guy because I have been there. DV is not a joke and A definitely has an issue that she needs to seek help for.

She’s supposedly an actress yet only has one primary expression, that of a vitriolic bitter person. The only time we see a smirk or duping delight is when it’s in reference to belittling or abusing Johnny. I hope the jury takes note of this.

I can't EVEN with this woman! I swear, I get a feeling almost like PTSD listening to her and I wasn't even there! Hearing her gaslight him and dismiss him so condescendingly throws me back to all those times from the past that I endured it in my own relationship. Every room I went into, she stormed into it - I even went out and she followed me down the street screaming profanities. Constant goading and berating is classic narcissist behaviour - after all, why should the victim be given a rest? It's all about the abuser after all.

I had an abusive relationship, she literally beat her grandmother when she was drunk and blamed me for it. Luckily i didnt have a record prior, so i only got a few months probation because the cops smelled alcohol on her breath. Being with the wrong woman will ruin your life, doesnt matter how genuine your intentions are or how much you love them. Run the other way men and women.
Retreating for a break during an argument is actually a great way to help with anger management when trying to think clearly and make rational discussions not fueled by anger. I know I had to deal with this same issue growing up and it's torment. Space made a huge difference in not only my life but my relationships and managing my emotions to the best of my potential.
Imagine telling a domestic abuse victim that they have to stand their ground and get smashed up to “fix” things rather than him finding a safe place to protect himself. It’s unreal.

Johnny was doing the right thing by repeatedly removing himself from the situation, he understood that when a narcissist is escalating an argument it only ever goes the same way. She was out of control, he was removing himself from it, and she was then CHASING HIM DOWN. Those are not the actions of a victim of DV, those are the actions of a PERPETRATOR of DV. It's absolutely abhorrent that she's been able to gaslight everyone for so long when she was the abuser.

I'm a big guy but I was an abusive relationship, Due to my low self esteem and self confident she took advantage of that..... I was beaten I was like too I was cheated on and through it all I was manipulated into continuously staying with her...... Every time I tried to get help no one would believe.
Even when I had solid evidence of her cheating on me on her phone showing it to her mother with a black eye on my face...... No one was on my side.
It's just the reality of men go through, I was in that abusive relationship for 8 years before I finally had the strength to leave.... And even then I had to have help

It was devastating for him and for us as his family to set by and know how abused he was and we couldn’t do anything until he was ready to say-enough! I thank God he’s happy and in a healthy marriage now.

Realistically, how many truly good, non abusive men would have withstood all the abuse she inflicted and not done a single thing to her. •Women can verbally assault men infront of everyone and it's perfectly fine.
•A woman can relieve herself on a man's pillow and laugh with her friends about it and that's fine
•A woman can cut off a man's finger tip in a heated argument and noone bats an eye
•A woman can demand money in a civil setting and claim its for donation purposes and keep it and all is right with the world.
•A woman can gas light a man into believing horrible things about himself that are not true
•A woman can smirk and laugh during court proceedings while a man is forced to relive horrible experiences
•A woman can talk poorly about a man's kids
•A woman can put make up and finger nail polish on her and the law will pass it off as bruises and blood
•A man can be trauma bonded into submission
•A man can love hard and be fearful of failure and force himself to stay
•A man can battle addictions but like everyone else, cannot do it alone.
•A man can lose his career over allegations but a woman with the same keeps her job.
•A man is not allowed to defend himself in court without harassment
•A man is not allowed to have a fair trial because the judge backs the woman
•A man is judged because he worries how the accusations will affect his children, family, etc.
•A MAN CAN BE A VICTIM OF ABUSE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

The restraining order was obtained using false testimony. She waited for him to go on tour, then filed. She obtained it in his absence. Very conniving

My ex roommate wanted out of our lease bc I locked my room (she kept going in and lying to me about it) so she lied to the police claiming dv and threatened me with the lease and when I didn’t let her control me, she got a protection order against me and left while I was visiting my father in another state. She blocked me on everything, but then didn’t show up for the TPO hearing so it got dropped (it would have anyways, I had alibis,receipts, and her testimonies made no sense) now I have to sue her for her half of rent and the breaking the lease fee because I couldn’t afford the apartment by myself and she destroyed the room so I couldn’t get a sublet. So I can only imagine how infuriating and helpless Johnny feels having her make up such malicious lies about him.

Anyone who's been in or witnessed domestic violence knows that Johnny was doing the right thing all along, trying to de-escalate the situation and avoid violence. When you have one party repeatedly leaving the scenario and another party repeatedly chasing them down there is no question of who is at fault. She was pursuing him to continue the drama and continue the fight, just like he states, and that in itself is revealing of her character and her violent tendencies. You cannot claim to be the victim when you are the one who is chasing someone down to fight them.

Hopefully, but most people have a tolerance level for female violence and that will include the jury.. I've had male/female friends say oh it's different when women do it, it's not as serious, she must have had a reason,she doesn't really pose a threat as he could KO her if he wanted to, things they'd never excuse if a man did them.. All it takes is a few jurors with that mindset and Johnny loses..
And the tape when she said she couldn't promise him she would not throw things or hit him again because she gets so mad. She needs serious anger management.

Listening to the recordings makes me want to cry because he is trying to express to her why he walks away when it gets violent and she doesn’t make sense of that. He is very patient.
He's the softer shy soul, she's the controller taking advantage of him once she knew his personality. She loves to be the 'right' one and belittling him, it's all over these recordings. I understand this man a lot better today and sympathize, maybe this is why he seems to choose movie projects that often will allow him to 'escape and camouflage' himself in fantastic and strange characters.

She has borderline personality disorder it seems. Poor cognitive empathy or capacity to understand what she did in the demise of relationships. She's also way too impulsive and her master plans are very sloppy. All based on what shes feeling in the moment rather than the long game of it. Narcissistic people the plans are laid out to perfection.

In this case, it looks like a combination of 1) he actually loved her 2) she was wonderful for the first year of marriage and he kept thinking that through counseling, she could reach that state again and 3) without realizing it, he might've fallen into a childhood trap, getting victimized all over again.

No one who abuses another tries to go to another room to get away from someone. Johnny is not the abuser, he is the abused on so many levels.
The judge should be removed, she is obviously on heards side.I know it’s the jury’s decision but the judge is stopping so many answers that would help Johnny . It’s just ridiculous and unprofessional.

I don't know how our brain and body does it, but Johnny is a prime example of how we find and end up with partners similar to what we experienced growing up. Damn, that sounds like a relationship I was in. When I would try and talk to the woman calmly, she would start to point out all the things I would do wrong. I would literally sitting there trying to fix our issues while she would keep trying to flip the script. Even when I would be in the right, some how I would have the script flipped. Thank god im out of that relationship
