"Freddy vs Jason characters are awful" I agree it would have been much better if Tommy Jarvis had been the protagonist of the movie, it would have been great to see Tommy stop Jason one last time to save the boys of Springwood and face a new enemy for him Like Freddy Krueger.Also Doctor Neil Gordon from Nightmare 3: Dream Warriors should have returned to help Tommy against Freddy and avenge Nancy's death.

That would’ve been cool. They definitely could’ve tried to make it an all-star cast from both franchises
