I am just beginning that practice and am encouraged by you and others who offer a space for it. I am finding staying in my body to be challenging..sometimes fear comes up or some other uncomfortable emotion. Staying with what is is challenging. My low back feels so much better! I think my favorite thing to do on Friday afternoons is Yin Yoga with Melissa! Such a nice way to unwind to begin a calm and restorative weekend.
I did the practice 8 months ago when my lower back was acting up and it helped so much. Last evening I experienced another episode of back pain so I did this practice once again. Thank you again as it once again brought relief from the pain.
Love this video so much, have probably done it over 20 times... ! I was very blessed to get a proper Yoga bolster for my birthdau from my daughter and now the restorative classes are even better! Feels so flash having a real bolster lol :) Thank you so much... love and blessings xxx

My low back feels so much better! And even though my mind was persistently chattery during this class, I came out of it feeling peaceful and calm. Really felt the reverberations this time especially in final savasana, lots of flowing going on. And I adore that poem. Sweet!
My lower back feels SO much better! It really does. I’ve had low back pain for 3 or 4 months now and trying to get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, I have this video to help provide relief and suppleness. And I didn’t know Tim played soccer. Me too! I love the sport so much. It’s been hard during the pandemic, not to play. ⚽️ Sigh...
Thank you so much for this class, my back is feeling better. What a relief! In the beginning I was unable to sit in butterfly pose but at the end of the class I was able to do it. I got some relaxation for my super tense lower back 🙏
