I can't be certain, but I think "A hundred ways to run, and we choose backwards. Whatever you say, but chasing an old name isn't really starting over." is from Carver when you do his personal quest in Act 1 and try to reclaim the Amell Estate. Could be wrong on the context, but I'm pretty certain it's Carver.

I love these little tide-over videos!! Silly content is especially welcome in the hellscape that the DA community can be. It's so nice to have a little haven of people that are here to have fun and celebrate an IP we all love!
I always remember where Eamon is in that big group picture because when World of Thedas v2 came out I laughed for 10 whole minutes about him being so far away from his family 😂
The way I opened this video hoping you played the DA quiz I made on Sporcle... unfortunately not but I've played all those others XD so fun! (mine is matching companions to their companion quests!)
You're laughing makes everyone of your videos better. The amount of fun and enjoyment you put into your videos makes it a very entertaining and a great watch. I don't remember this being a thing though. I was 24 when origins came out so this was an entirely new experience for me and I definitely had fun trying to identify everyone right along with you.

This reminded me how bad I remember names lol. For a lot of the faces I could remember what they stand for in game, for some of the side characters I forgot both, names and role in the games. You really did good, as expected. ;)

I got 86/89. I swapped Maric for Eamon by accident, cause I figured Eamon would be standing with Isolde and Connor too. Then I swapped Beatrix III with Justinia (ugh), and then I clicked on Gaspard instead of Prosper, cause I didn't even notice Prosper with his helmet yet in the image. So I assumed it had to be to only Orlesian looking bloke left lol The Florianne one is foul cause she looks NOTHING like how she looked in game. she has long red hair here wtf, meanwhile she had the shaved short blonde hair in game. edit: and i got 100% on the line one woohoo!
Remembering the secondary characters from these games is a nightmare for me mainly because this series REUSES assets so much that sometimes, the only way to recognize some of them is if they tell you their name (Gaspard). And even when they have unique models, the clothes they wear is reused, so you have to look closely to tell them apart (Roderick)

There's a version on uquiz where I give the name of a place and you need to select the matching picture, and a version on quotev where I give the picture and you need to match the location name. All the solutions are the same so it's just a matter of format lol

Pretty sure the "Beatrix" was in fact Justinia and the "Justinia" was sister Natalie from Leliana's personal quest. Whoever made the quiz was wrong
