    The Flower Parade still continues every year, it ends in Haarlem and is worth a trip to see the whole community across the region come together.

    No drugs, no legal prostitution.
    Just cannals, old houses and modernist architecture. That's the Netherlands I want to visit!

    A lot has changed since then. 1964 was something of a point where the 60s accelerated; much of it for the better, some not so good.

      Rotterdam is American-designed. It's also without a doubt the most inefficient city infrastructure of the Netherlands. But still very good compared to the general American city plan.
