@@shakejones Hey, you're welcome, it's sometimes a challenge to get it all on Film but I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds it an interesting process!
@@mysterioanonymous3206 I can understand that, pretty similar standard over there and iits the Alps so we are all building to protect against the harsh winters... If we get any anymore 😬
@@jdr4674 Hi, thanks! We are using klimabloc bricks. We've had a few cracked on delivery and on close inspection they are not all exactly the same. They is some play in the firing process I suppose but generally speaking they are good quality and heavy! each brick is about 10kgs.
@@davidbindickanaktecksoonmo4165 Hi, it would be nicer to have more windows youre right! But we are restricted firstly by the steep level of the land, that means that on 2 sides we would have to have deep window shafts as the windows would be under ground level. Those shafts would have to stand 1/2 meter above ground level because of a second restriction as we are in a flood danger area. And the authorities have made some restrictions on how high out of the ground we can build incase the stream above us overflows. So we will have to try to make it a comfortable bunker 😅
Good day mate! Your channel came up on me feed, enjoy watching this type of build from the ground up! Thank you for sharing NEW SUB 🙏🏻

Great Foundation 🏗️
I thought it was Switzerland because we build essentially like that but yeah, Austria makes sense I guess. Nice build...

Very clean job. Which brand are those bricks? Their condition looks a lot better than what usually arrives at sites nowadays.

Why build a house like a bunker? Isn't it more conducive to have more wide windows? Just curious.
