Right on man! Pretty cool. Try a large yoga ball for the back. I rolled on my wifes yoga ball on my belly daily & it really helped with recovery. Keep with the videos man alot of good info thanks for sharing your insite :)
I was on the floor for the last 3 weeks, was terrible, couldn't stand or sit. I have the time now and getting more comfortable around the camera so I hope to keep building.
