It is SLS (self leveling silicone). For some reason a lot of manufacturers use Dicor. The Dicor gets super hard and cracks quickly. Tiffin uses 100% silicone - I have that on my 2018 Open Road - it is great, super pliable and lasts! No cracking! I am a little upset that Newmar uses a Dicor type - for that amount of money, silicone should be standard. Safe travels.
My goodness James, that was one very nice looking coach! Bath and a Half at 38ft! Extraordinary use of interior space! Was the "King Bed" a little "short" with the rounded corners? That's going to make someone VERY VERY Happy! I wish I had the money to buy it! My budget is more in alignment with watching your RUclips Videos! 🤷🏽♀ ~Big C in the DP 📢 ::: Air Horn 📢 ::: ::: Air Breaks! ::: 🚌🚌🚌
I swear sometimes it's the only way I can park my long-butt Ram Megacab (I can do it with mirrors, but the cameras is just so nice). Having this on the RV though, now *THAT* is useful!
Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and experience with us. Just helped a friend purchase 2014 Tiffin 31SA with 33k miles on it. I inspected the coach using a lot of things I learned from you. Thanks again
Nice video and really nice coach. I’m in the Texas Hill Country at the moment and it’s freezing here too. Several neighbors bumper pull trailers are frozen up. It was 17 and 4 degrees with the wind chill this morning. 🥶
I have seem the Parsec Husky 7N1 with upload speeds around 23 to 26 Mbs and download speeds around 83 to 87 Mbs using T-mobile . This is really a good speed compared to most . Love the Ventana super nice options that it has . Thanks for letting me tag alone .
Hi James, I really like this Ventana . Has a lot of nice features, but it is a def motor though. Thanks for sharing, it’s nice to see the up grades . Does give us some ideas for us with older coaches!
360 cameras are an option on Dutch Stars and most other Newmar coaches. You can option a Ventana to be similar to a Dutch Star, the main differences then are the chassis and slide out systems. Nice coach
i notoce you like the loves and i think pilot well they both in many places have coffeemakers that have beans on top several different and you can get different blends but that coffee from those particular machines is GREAT COFFEE try it out
James, You acted like it was really cold here in Missouri. Tonight it is -5F and the humidity is 69%. The humidity is what makes it feel so cold. Hope you’re not coming through again this week!
How did it drive ? Did you get pushed by transport trucks/wind ? Considering getting a Newmar Ventana Class A but I'm not sure about how well they track/wander/susceptible to wind ?
It did well, obviously I woudl prefer a larger engine but it was only on inclines that I missed the power, otherwise the electric power steering assist helped and I didn't get pushed around much like a smaller pusher would have.
Thank you James. Being from Canada, we drive very long distances to get away from the cold, so, handling and driver fatigue are very important to us. Super C's might be a better option but the solid front axle (harsh) and the fact that no one in the U.S. makes a Super C with the ultra large, rear storage compartment behind the rear wheels compromises storage capacity. Luv your videos :-)
Nice coach let down by awkward and small mid-coach bathroom with that terrible door. Nothing like the luxury of squeezing' past that door like an 80's phonebooth
I have a critique. If you want to make good videos stop saying “extend out”. among other things like it’s gonna be when it already is. Let’s take it up a notch.
What is the name brand of that high quality sealant you showed us? I want to do the same thing to my Ventana.

Learned something new about roof sealant. 👍
Nice review! BTW, floor heat was an option on the ‘22 Ventana. My ‘22 Ventana has 3 zones of floor heat. I love the coach.

Great video. Favorite rig, just wish the dinette made into a bed for our dog crates.
That 360 view seems pretty cool. Thanks for the tour.

That is awesome!
Thanks for another informative video. I do enjoy watching 😂
Glad you enjoyed it
Still has carpet and rear radiator, 2 things you can't get until you step up to a dutchstar. Nice motorhome.

Pretty darn nice Ventana. Inspections aside, where is a good place to look for a side gig ferrying coaches?

What is the name of that high quality silicone sealant?
Every region has it's own flavor but it is similar to Forever Lap Sealant from the RV Roof Man
Very nice Ventana. Thank you for the tour James. Happy trails!

Nice .😊😊😊
Thanks 😊
Beautiful coach . Nice walkthrough James.
Newmar added floor heat option in 23' & TPMS in 24' to the Ventana...and overhead bunk option.
Floor heat was an option for 2022 model year this one wasn’t optioned with it.
😔
👍
Beautiful coach.
It would have been helpful to list the model number so you could see the floor plan
Excellent review & nicer rig than I thought it would be !
I want one of those! 4:04 ☺
Hello, is there anyway you can start adding in what type of slides these have on your review ? Cable , gear drive ect. Thank you
These were all Newmar electric motor slides with the new Newmar locking arms.
Was the 360 bird’s eye system factory installed or aftermarket? That is a very desirable system for back in parking.
Factory

@AZExpert Did you have to winterize the RV to bring it across the plains where it is sub 20 degreees? I didn't think Newmar was 4 season capable.
I ran the oasis the whole time to keep the rv plumbing from freezing

How much less work would you have if all RV s had that roof. ?
Wish it was 20* here, it's like 7 below. Do you know the model number on the inverter?
Do you know the brand name of the sealant used on the roof?
Who makes the Self Leveling silicone Sealant?
The shower seemed small if you are fluffy so to speak.
yes, it was a smaller shower for sure
Not tandom axle so not interested

I accept your critique if I could understand what it means.

Morning James!! So you approve of vent covers! My AB has max air auto fan. Which is best? 🥸
I’m assuming you had a lot of issues. This before i watch the video? Hahah
