Someone comes and tells you that washing poop with water is effective and suddenly its "myth busted!"???? You havent proved anything. And based on the fact your were so easily convinced water is all you need to clean your tanks well enough to eat off of as you said, i wonder what misinformation your other videos might be spreading. Its cool that you have a channel, but this video is just dumb. By your logic, I assume you have stopped using shampoo and soap in the shower, correct? This video changed my RV sewer tank life. It can be a real problem and this Kleen Tank owner is a gem. He made sense and he is logical and has no agenda, You guys have a done a GREAT service for featuring this man and one of the better RV videos that is a complete explanation - NO agenda - what a relief. Thank you . David
There was no mention of protecting the toilet inside from any overspray. It should have the lid closed and perhaps sealed with tape or plastic wrap as a precaution. Err on the side of caution.
WTF, this video should be required training for everyone that owns an RV! Thanks to Kleen Tank for the free “RV tank science 101 class”! We’ve been lied to by marketing departments for years.
Finally. Somebody stops mincing around the point and tells me how it works. As an old retired science teacher I can really appreciate this straightforward explanation of HOW IT WORKS. In fact, I just now put the principals of 'jetting water' and 'flushing' to work. And yes, after sticking the hose with a high pressure nozzle on the the end of it down the black tank and flushing it several times I FINALLY cleared the sensors and the tank. Unusually the gray tank was harder and it took several back flushes before I got the last sensor to clear but clear it did. Probably because the gray tank doesn't have a large diameter access hole for the hose pressure nozzle but it did FINALLY work. Many many thanks...gives me almost as much satisfaction as finding the automatic choke adjustment on the generator. Both problems were probably some 23 years in the making as I've got a 2000 Born Free.
We are at Stella Mare RV resort here in Texas and guess who is right next to us here ? Jim from Kleen Tanks. We got him to do our tanks and are so happy he did. Highly recommend him and his crew.
Having lived off and on more than 50 years on a sailboat, I can testify that TP is a no no. Just keep a bag in the head and throw TP away in the bag. If you close it and change it frequently, it doesn't smell, and you never ever have the problem of TP blockage. I follow our sailing protocols on our RV, and it helps!
I do t same thing as you. And……. I’m a sailor also. A small trash can lined with a Walmart bag works nicely next to the toilet in the head. Some may not agree, but no one has complained or said anything yet. I used to be in the Navy. Now I’m a REAL sailor. 🤪
We have a flusher on both the grey and black tanks and use the 12oz of Pinesol and 2oz of calgon after every flush out. I also use a plastic cup of Happy Camper in my grey tank to keep the sensors clean. Have never used RV toilet paper and just added a bidet to our coach as well and it not only cuts down on the use of toilet paper, but also adds extra water which is your friend! We are going on our 10 year of full time and have had no issues with this method. The man is correct in what he suggests!
We just bought our first (used) RV. This video has definitely upped my confidence level. And, as a retired journalist, I want to compliment you on your interviewing skills; you asked every question that was on my mind. Good job! Glad to be a new subscriber.
We're new RV owners and we bought new, but I'm super confident now that we can keep our tanks as factory clean as possible. I am so glad I watched this before we've gotten to use our RV. This is a game changer for sure. Reality has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier 😄
@@kleentank I have my RV in Eloy AZ. ( just south of Phoenix )Do u have someone in this area? Or are you willing to train someone to service this area.... Thankyou I'm needing to have mine cleaned as well
I bought a flush king and a meter immediately after watching this gem of a man in a different vlog. I'm not a full timer (barely a weekend warrior in my first season) but my guilty pleasure is fill/flush/fill/flush/fill/flush until I get clear water a couple times. It's oddly satisfying lol
I purchased a 10 year old Class A about 18 months ago and have always wondered what the tanks held after 4 previous owners plus the sensors on the black tank never worked correctly. After watching this video I contacted Kleen Tank and by the next day they had contacted me back and had an appointment within the week. They came out today and wow I was surprised how bad my tanks were. According to the guy my tanks really only about a C on the scale which is better than I thought. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job both during and after cleaning up. Now my sensors work for both tanks and well worth the money and I highly recommend Kleen Tank. Thank you!
Excellent video for a new RV owner! No agenda, and packed full of information. I'll probably need to watch this a couple of times to absorb it all. Thank you!
An issue that Im curious about is even if you can use any type of TP in a "holding tank', you still need to dump your tanks into what is most commonly a "septic tank". At least in the midwest, most dumps have septic tanks and a drain field. Just a thought before getting that super thick TP and putting down your toilet.
I'm from Australia, this has been very informative. All these chemicals that are expensive, I don't need, just more water. And regular clean . Thanks mate
Good video! Most RUclipsrs avoid the subject, but you boldly go forth! When we first began RVing, we used to use tank additives, because we didn't know any better. We dont use any additives (other than for just cleaning the bowl), just water, because we know these are holding tanks, not septic tanks. We use electric dishwasher detergent on occasion in our grey tanks to scrub them clean while driving. We've never had a problem with our sensors because of this regiment. Thanks for being bold and speaking truth!
Dishwashing tablets?!?! I would have never thought of that! How novel. My only concern is bleach in the tablets. What brand do you use if you don’t mind sharing??
@@amytesch663 not tablets, but liquid form, the kind you use in the dishwasher. You dissolve it in the sink after you fill it slightly, then let it go into the tank, then drive to your next destination and empty as soon as you can.
@@amytesch663 excellent question! I fill a small Dixie cup as a measure and dilute that in the partially sink filled with warm water. If you want to use the same treatment for the black tank, would get a small tub with warm water and dilute and pour into the toilet and flush.
I just made up my Calgon/Pinesol mix and 10% capacity of water. My trailer is brand new. Glad I found this. Everything he says in this video 100% seams logical. Starting off right with a brand new RV! Thanks KEN!
Hello, what kind of Calgon did you use as I see there are a few different kinds. I live in Canada otherwise I would hire this man lol. What ratio did you use of Calgon/Pinesol? Thank you
Looked it up and he said on video about $250 - $300 total. Usually takes 1-3 hours to complete depending on how bad tanks are. Gentleman said the worst tank he’s encountered took him 5+ hours. Hope that helps!
Watching this video for a second time. Bought all the recommended equipment here. Looking forward to applying this amazing man’s useful information. This video is gold, thank you for taking the time to share 😊
Just an FYI. I called this company to get this done, as they researched my RV they told me they can not flush if you have a Macerator. I have a 2022 Entegra Accolade XL and they cannot get the sprayer past the macerator. I was bummed but I did the recommended self service cleaning by Thetford and all my tanks were sparkling clean and my sensors all worked perfectly.
Great video. Thank you for sharing. I never knew this service existed. You know you can trust a guy that freely gives away all his secrets and relies on hard work and not schemes to make a living. The myths busted make total sense now that I hear the reasoning. We are picking up a new RV in a couple days. It will never see the store bought additives. Buying the flush king and water meter.
We owned our MH which had a 50 gal black and 70 gal gray for 14 years used it about 80 days a year racing and 78,500 miles in all. And I must say we never ever did any major cleaning or had any problems at all. We did drive a lot and it sloshed around maybe that’s why we did not have any issues.
Thanks for the honest view! I’ll be a new camper van with a much smaller tank and stressing about how we’re going to keep the tank as clean as possible. Great job!
I 100% agree with Jim's advice. I do Not use chemicals, only water, and have never had any issues as long as I have water in my tanks at all times, especially while driving
At our campground, we just have septic tanks in the ground. That have to be pumped out when they get full so using this method, but probably sell that septic tank in about an hour or so.
This guy's great. Good sense of humor, down to earth. Lots of good advice here. Just discovered you guys. Good timing too. Picking up the new unit next week. A fresh start. 🇺🇸
Truly nothing better than an expert giving you the facts and advice based on experience. Thanks for this video and demonstration and education. One of the best videos if not the best video on this topic. Thanks
**Edit: sub'd!! This is great!!! I am now 1 year in as a new rv'er. From go I grabbed one of the back flush valves along with that exact same black/green meter for my black/grey needs, as well as a white/blue one for my fresh tank fill. Thank you for so much helpful knowledge, freely shared. I now believe that I have not bet traveling to my next sites with enough water left in my tanks to help agitate that gunk within each. And I have never dumped upon newly arriving. I will now always travel half full and dump and flush when I reach my next site. I'm will be cutting back on my treatments and focusing on water, water, water!! Hearing and seeing you do this work has turned on so many lights in my mind. Looking back over my first year of use, certain things I have experienced so far makes a lot of sense.
Thx. I put a flush king in my shopping cart. I had something else, but it walked off - good old RV life at parks! I do keep both my grey & black tanks closed. I figured that one out a couple of years ago since my grey also flushes out my black tank. I totally forgot about the Calgon trick! TFS! 👍
This was very informative! We just got a new Forest River Alpha Wolf and we love it. We've only had it for about 6 weeks and I think the sensors are stuck with stuff already! I will stop using the additives and use more water. Our previous camper we found out after we bought it, the people had emptied the cat's liter box into the tank! We had a little problem, but I think we got a clog out. Thank you so much for all the info. I hope we can get service in our area when we need it.
Thanks for an amazing video! I really learned a lot and he was extremely knowledgeable. Would you mind sharing the mixing ratios of the solution he recommended?
Black tank sensor lights have been somewhat more accurate since I stopped using Happy Camper. The only time I get an "empty" reading is at the end of the season when I fill the black tank with fresh water, let it sit overnight, then drain. I always keep 5 gallons in each (34 gallon) tank when traveling. Never had a problem with gray.
Great video but I am confused about the additive at the end. He spent the whole video saying you don’t need it and to just use water. Then ended with, recommending an additive. What do you suggest?
Question: Regarding the Flush King to do the final rinse-out, wouldn't it be more effective & faster to run a hose, maybe with a spray head you could move around, from inside the bathroom/toilet? The Flush King is pushing water from below, but wouldn't rinsing it out from the top be better, and much faster (if a 2nd person was outside watching the color)?
That's a good question but I would guess that it might have to do with how much length of hose has raw sewage flowing over it maybe? I just can't imagine pulling that much hose out and it not touching different surfaces in the bathroom since it's such a small area. I'd think you'd have to sanitize ever bit of hose as you slowly pull it back out. So maybe it's more sanitary to do it from the outside, but I'm just guessing
My 2001 Casita Travel Trailer has no sensors. Can they be retrofitted? Also, can I modify my pressure washer to clean my tanks? I am willing to modify or fabricate a spray tip if given some direction on how to do this. I am isolated, nearest Walmart is 147 miles away. Thanks😃
I never would have known about the tank additives. So glad to learn about that. Our 5th wheel is new so I’ll start right out with the Calgon and pine sol mixture. It makes sense whe you hear it. I guess I never wanted the tanks to have an odor so thinking the additives will help when in reality it hurts the tanks. Appreciate the info!
@@Berrypancakes229 yes thats correct. I would have never know the additives create a problem and that just plain water. The calgon/pine sol is to clean the existing i assume. This was quite a while ago so cant remember 100%
@@Berrypancakes229 yes, i would put the mixture in after draining, and fill the black tank with water, let it sit over night and then give it a good flush
Great video. Question for ya. So a year later, are you still using the pine-sol and water softener solution? How satisfied are you with the performance, Smell control, sensor performance ease of dumping tanks?
This is the best video I've seen for tank maintenance. The information contained in this video is priceless. Kleenex Tank seems to be an honest company. Years of experience shared in a few minutes. Thank you for doing this video.
I’m not buying that no additives advice. As someone who worked in a pathology lab, you are seriously risking your family’s heath by sleeping in a sealed container with a tank of raw sewage under your feet. This guy must not know much about how diseases are transmitted seeing as how he keeps touching his face with contaminated gloves. Why even bother wearing them?
do you have a link to get that brass on and off valve that he has on the end of the hose for the Flush King process? You can see it at 23:12 on the video. Also, I have an electric pressure washer, I wonder if I can buy that special nozzle and hose for it?
Not using an additive like "Happy Campers" in place of the calgon mixture with lots and lots of water is fine if you have a sewer hookup. In Canadian provincial parks, you have to empty at a dump station and so for me, I would be dragging my TT out of my site every 3rd day. I make use of a "honey wagon" when my black tanks fills which is much more convenient, and I only have to do this about every 4-5 days. I would like to try the calgon method if it were more feasible, especially since the troublesome sensor issue is a pain!
“Don’t need to bother with the whole dissolve test…”. Um… I’m in the middle of a dissolve test now. After four days in water, I’m am not seeing any significant difference in the products I’m testing, including the one marked “quick dissolve.” The information you presented here makes a lot of sense, so I think I’m done with the experiment. Thanks for the great video.
I have just had my black tank cleaned out by Kleen Tank and we are using their mixture. Time will tell and I will update the comment within the month to see how it works. Could a mixture of the surfactant (Kleen Tank) and liquified chemical stuff??
We also keep our tanks closed until we're ready to empty.. the big gush of water helps to flush anything that might be caught. . Emptying the tanks every couple days is much better than having to clear a clock as it could probably be pretty nasty. Also use only RV toilet paper. Along with using chemicals you should be in pretty good shape. We've been in our RV for five years with only one clogging problem.. I'd say this is pretty sound advice thank you!
Wow just from watching this episode you have really changed my mind about actually getting an rv and talking the plunge to full time thank you very much
I spent 30 years working in a pulp & paper mill. We ran limited runs of RV toilet tissue. It was a single ply tissue, other than switching from two ply to single ply the only other difference was the package wrap. It was no different from any other toilet tissue.
Big fan of you guys and have learned a lot. I don't have a rig yet, but I'm planning for later this year. This video is probably the best learning lesson I have learned. Thanks again. I can't wait for part 2.
Where could I buy the high pressure pump that Jim used on the RV that you are cleaning in this video? Sincerely, the old Montana cowboy, Frank Scherping😮❤
Just watched your video, if I were that kinda guy, I would kiss you!! I have a 2022 wolfpup with pump issues. The pump comes on but no water pressure. I fixed the problem quickly after watching your video. Thank you!!! I will be checking out more of your videos!!
i always travel with 3-4 gal in my black or grey so it can slosh about when traveling. then add 10-15 gal at a serviced site and then dump. end of the site day add 15gal then dump. much like your cleaner guy said. i guess from what your guy said it be wise to clean once a year
So as I watched. You made the comment to use house toilet paper and flush twice. Is that correct? Don't open the waist tank until say 3/4 full even if your hooked up to the camp site drain ? Thank you so much
I literally dry heaved a few times. Thank goodness I saw this video before picking my RV up next week. I am going to follow everything that he recommends!
It does! However, here's an important point: You need to get your tanks completely empty first, before using this tank solution. Just using it in (forgive me) already crappy tanks will do little to resolve any problems including odors. And, as always, water, water, water. Good question.
Kleenex tanks. Does this service help clean out to the vent that leads to roof? We started getting a smell while flushing (#1 or #2) and it is coming out the roof vent area. So, when ac is on, gag! Can we just run water down the vent? Also, that is a high PSI. RVs only handle 40 to 45, so would this damage anything, or no since directly into tank?
One last question.. We have been getting the infamous burp, but seems it is burping sooner than it should be. Is this indicative of any issue in the vent?
I believe in the water, water, water but find it more difficult when not using campgrounds with hookups. Any suggestions besides bring extra gallons of water for toilet? Typically we are trying to conserve water when dry camping. Thanks

I started that when I moved into my RV, figured it was a good idea to not flush TP.
What kind of bidet do you have and where did you get it?
Isn't Happy Camper what he advises against?
We just bought our first (used) RV. This video has definitely upped my confidence level. And, as a retired journalist, I want to compliment you on your interviewing skills; you asked every question that was on my mind. Good job! Glad to be a new subscriber.
We're new RV owners and we bought new, but I'm super confident now that we can keep our tanks as factory clean as possible. I am so glad I watched this before we've gotten to use our RV. This is a game changer for sure. Reality has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier 😄
I’ve used a Flush King and water meter for years to black flush my tanks every time I dump. This guy in this video is spot on with his advice.
Thanks, Darrell!
Tom , it looks like you chose THEE best guy/company to clean your tanks. What an authoritarian on tank cleaning and maintenance.
😊can you do mine please
4 times
Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
This video was a life saver. We just a travel trailer with tanks and we're new to all of this.
25:38 looks like the rv tank valve is actually leaking. I'm seeing drips. Very informative vid. Good job.
I'm from Australia, this has been very informative. All these chemicals that are expensive, I don't need, just more water. And regular clean . Thanks mate
I don't even own an rv and found this video very useful. Thank you for sharing and mr kleen was awesome he's a wonderful and knowledgeable person.
@@TheRVkeys how much dishwasher fluid do you use?
@@amytesch663 excellent question! I fill a small Dixie cup as a measure and dilute that in the partially sink filled with warm water. If you want to use the same treatment for the black tank, would get a small tub with warm water and dilute and pour into the toilet and flush.
I just bought a used RV and I’m thinking I should call these guys to have my tanks cleaned just so I know they actually ARE cleaned out.
I’m brand new to RVing and am very glad I came across this video.
Thank you
@@sheilahughes5185 tried it, stunk... Using the normal rv treatment, just flushing my tanks good with extra water at dump.
This man is a true RV black tank expert, best I have found. Thank you for the education!
What's the cost to get this professional service cleaning done?? How long did it take?? He is very kind and informative! Awesome Video!
Looked it up and he said on video about $250 - $300 total. Usually takes 1-3 hours to complete depending on how bad tanks are. Gentleman said the worst tank he’s encountered took him 5+ hours. Hope that helps!
He also mentioned $25 per tank. I assume a normal use tank, not a problem tank.
Watching this video for a second time. Bought all the recommended equipment here. Looking forward to applying this amazing man’s useful information. This video is gold, thank you for taking the time to share 😊
This info is PRICELESS. So interesting to hear Jim talk about this stuff.
BEST RV CARE VID I'VE SEEN SINCE WE'VE RV'D
Just curious. After this deep cleaning of your tanks what did you sensors finally read??
This is COMPLETELY changing how we do our tanks! Thank you so much for posting this - I can't even believe all the wrong advice we followed!
Just an FYI. I called this company to get this done, as they researched my RV they told me they can not flush if you have a Macerator. I have a 2022 Entegra Accolade XL and they cannot get the sprayer past the macerator. I was bummed but I did the recommended self service cleaning by Thetford and all my tanks were sparkling clean and my sensors all worked perfectly.
thanks for that, so do i so great to know.
We have a macerator and we did this to ours , worked great . No problem
Probably THE most informative video I’ve seen. Very good information and knowledge. Thank you for this. New camper owner here, glad I watched.
Can you please tell me the Mixture of Calgon to Pine Oil for tank treatment that the tank cleaning tech provided to you.
Fantastic information. Thank you so much we will be using you in the future for sure.
Great video Tom! We enjoy your clever commentary and banter with the maintenance man. "Don't watch it!" This one is a must watch. Enjoy the journey!
LOL! 👍
Sometimes you see things you just can't unsee!
Truly nothing better than an expert giving you the facts and advice based on experience. Thanks for this video and demonstration and education. One of the best videos if not the best video on this topic. Thanks
I use a tank additive for the smell. Happy Camper. That the only one I have found that doesn't smell like chemicals.
This was super helpful and answered a lot of our questions. Thank you! 😊
I Love this Kleen Tank show for my RV friends!
I’ve been using Jim’s recipe for a year now after seeing a video from another RUclipsr. I don’t have any issues with the sensors or foul odors.
Great video....thank you. What kind of Calgon does he use? As far as I know there are bath beads and water softner
This has been the most and best knowledge video I’ve ever watched… I appreciate you and the guy and his business for educating me … thank you
**Edit: sub'd!!
TFS! 👍
I don't see the Part 2-Water heater video..what was linked was the double decker RV.
That video should come out on 1/15
That was such an interesting video, he did such a good job of explaining what he was doing, what to look for and the myth busters too.
holy heck this is gold! Im SOOO glad I found this before picking up my RV in a week!
Yea this guy knows his stuff fixed my black water tank in 20 mins.
This is without a doubt the most informative RV maintenance video that I've ever seen. I actually watched it to the end. Thanks for posting this.
Glad it was helpful!
How much should I expect to be charged for a jet cleaning service such as this?
Black tank sensor lights have been somewhat more accurate since I stopped using Happy Camper. The only time I get an "empty" reading is at the end of the season when I fill the black tank with fresh water, let it sit overnight, then drain. I always keep 5 gallons in each (34 gallon) tank when traveling. Never had a problem with gray.
Thanks!
Great video but I am confused about the additive at the end. He spent the whole video saying you don’t need it and to just use water. Then ended with, recommending an additive. What do you suggest?
Just need a link for that nozzle blaster with green hose.
Thanks
Great informational video
Thanks for providing the down and dirty!!! J.E.E.P. of an RV'r here and Thanks for providing the Ed. That a Maintenance manager will testify too.😊
My 2001 Casita Travel Trailer has no sensors.
He said no additives . I’m confused
@@Berrypancakes229 yes thats correct. I would have never know the additives create a problem and that just plain water. The calgon/pine sol is to clean the existing i assume. This was quite a while ago so cant remember 100%
@@stevedenoyer5956 do you add the mixture after emptying your black tank for cleaning it out.
@@Berrypancakes229 yes, i would put the mixture in after draining, and fill the black tank with water, let it sit over night and then give it a good flush
@@stevedenoyer5956 is the Calgon liquid or powder. It’s it the water softener liquid one? How water do I fill in my tank for overnight.
Great video. Question for ya. So a year later, are you still using the pine-sol and water softener solution? How satisfied are you with the performance, Smell control, sensor performance ease of dumping tanks?
does the meter valve have a back flow preventer valve? If not it may be in violation of code
This was so helpful. Can a person wash some sand off their body in an RV shower?
This is the best video I've seen for tank maintenance. The information contained in this video is priceless. Kleenex Tank seems to be an honest company. Years of experience shared in a few minutes. Thank you for doing this video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
“Don’t use additives “. “ Here’s our additive”. 😂
Can you give a gestement on what the service should cost?
do you have a link to get that brass on and off valve that he has on the end of the hose for the Flush King process?
You cut us off. Why? Let us see him doing his job. Very good video. Thanks for all this helpful information!
By far the best video on tank cleaning on the planet, thanks. 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
Picking up our first new travel trailer, I learned a lot from this...thank you for sharing.
I have just had my black tank cleaned out by Kleen Tank and we are using their mixture. Time will tell and I will update the comment within the month to see how it works. Could a mixture of the surfactant (Kleen Tank) and liquified chemical stuff??
Great video. But what’s calgon and pine-sol ratio to make your own mix at home?
I believe the recipe is on the Kleen Tank website.
Sincerely, the old Montana cowboy,
Frank Scherping😮❤
Tom where can we find that cleaning pressure gate? With the meter. Alot of info very good and interesting
Sure, here you go: Valterra Flush King amzn.to/3Gp90Je
Save a Drop P3 Blue Water Flow Meter amzn.to/3QsV8Cy
So what is the cost of this service? Also, where's the link to the hot water tank? Thanks.
Thank you! Just about to start out full time and I feel so much better now!
Thanks Tom and Jim.... knowledge is power.... the power to maintain your stuff saves you time and money
Just watched your video, if I were that kinda guy, I would kiss you!! I have a 2022 wolfpup with pump issues. The pump comes on but no water pressure. I fixed the problem quickly after watching your video. Thank you!!! I will be checking out more of your videos!!
How much did your service cost? Thx
This has been the best, most informative video I’ve seen on this yet! Thank you.
Wow, thanks!
i always travel with 3-4 gal in my black or grey so it can slosh about when traveling. then add 10-15 gal at a serviced site and then dump. end of the site day add 15gal then dump. much like your cleaner guy said. i guess from what your guy said it be wise to clean once a year
Is this Calgon/Pinesol mix safe for dumping into aerobic septic systems? Thx
The Amazon link for the meter did not work for me but thanks so much for this great info. New sub too!
Can u put Fabuloso in the tank?
So as I watched. You made the comment to use house toilet paper and flush twice. Is that correct?
Don't open the waist tank until say 3/4 full even if your hooked up to the camp site drain ?
Thank you so much
I literally dry heaved a few times. Thank goodness I saw this video before picking my RV up next week. I am going to follow everything that he recommends!
Dramatic😂 Do you dry heave after spicy taco night and dropping that rumbling load
@@MikesGarageReviews LOL that could be possible.....BTW - I am doing very well with managing all the processes. Much better than I thought I would.
Great video! I have watched a lot of videos about this subject. This by far was the best and useful information I have seen. Thanks a lot.
Awesome, thank you!
Great video! The one question I have that was never addressed in the video is odors. Does his pine sol/Calgon solution resolve odors?
Kleen Tanks. Sorry...not Kleenex:)
Thanks
