You don't need to stay awake all night! I prefer to sleep 2-3 hrs in a readathon but you can always sleep 8 hours, it doesn't rlly matter

And I totally agree with what you said about more serious topics being discussed in fantasy novels. If it's poorly done it sometimes feels a bit like the author tried to push a lesson into the narrative but if it's well done, the message is being delivered smoothly and I really love that.

yona of the dawn is my all time favorite manga, i’m so obsessed with all the characters i love all of them so much 😭💗 i’m currently on volume 28 and it’s literally all i’ve been reading in any of my reading vlogs 🤣 a reading vlog will not go by without me reading at least one volume of yona of the dawn i just love it so much

The Emperor’s Soul is on my TBR for May or June. Your library looks wonderful. Mine doesn’t have that great selection of manga.
i can’t say reading almost all of it in a day was my best plan🤔 but i also have no regrets, anything to put cass in her place😤 i really hope you enjoy the emperors soul, definitely a must read for any sanderson fan!!🖤

Yona of the Dawn is sooo good! Hak is everything. The third book in the Dangerous Damsels series by India Holton recently came out and it's just as wild.

Currently I'm reading the count of monte Cristo and it's taking me forever cuz it's almost 1000 pages and English is not my first language but I'm enjoying it so much and I recommend it for everyone, it's so intriguing. Love from Egypt 🇪🇬❤️❤️❤️

Hi Katie! I just started the first vol. of Yona of the Dawn and finished it today lol I am waiting to get book two from the library ^_^ I am loving it so far. Yona is so sweet I like her character a lot.
Yay! Yona of the Dawn I have been reading that as well because of throneofpages lmao XD I would use a timer if I ever did a readathon. Finished The Girl from the Other Side from the library and wasn't to bad. I just finished The Hawthorne Legacy book and that was a solid 5 star so good. My goal is to finish Tress of the Emerald Sea and then slowly read The Secret Society of Irregular Witches. Great video as always and congrats again, hoping for 50 for the end of the year ^_^

I'm so glad booktubers are getting around reading and watching Yona of the Dawn. I watched it when I was in high school 6-7 years ago. I'm devastated they stopped at season 1. I read the manga but I needed to see everything in anime.

I agree! the first volume of spy x family is just superior. none of the subsequent volumes can top that. but i am so in love with the characters from the first volume that i have rated every volume 5 stars lol

I love the ending of The Well of Ascension except the thing that happened to one character at the very and but i completely agree. The middle part was kinda boring.
Very Light Spoiler:
In my country, the books title literally changed to Kuşatma (turkish), which means The Siege, and thank god they did that. If it was left like the original, I would be pissed throughout the middle part.
Emperor's Soul was the first book that I read in English. I think it is such a good book and it will always have a special place in my heart.

No you’re totally right and valid in your thoughts on Spy Family 9. It’s not bad. It’s really cute and wholesome. But it isn’t the same spark that it had in previous volumes. It isn’t that I don’t enjoy it. It’s that I’d rather watch the anime if it’s going to keep going like this.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is way better than Five Survive. I hated Five Survive but absolutely loved A Good Girl's Guide to Murder trilogy.
