I am a student of architecture and when I discovered that universe is made from structures and hierarchies in bigger and small scales, it blew me away. I realised how important my perspective is and perspectives of every single human being. Thank you mr. Pageu for explaining symbolism and thank God for you.
It's mysterious. With writing, it's just one word upon another, and before I know it I'm getting somewhere.
This conversation is such a breath of air for someone like me who keeps wondering whether I can even write anymore or not.
Do not let your right hand know what your left hand is doing, man that's just unfathomably profound beyond imagination when you understand it fully.
I find this in my work as a creative brand strategist. The creative wrestles against the strategy and vice versa, but by separating them with “spaces” as Pageau described, you can find a through line between art and design. Art being that emergent quality and design being purposeful, intentional and problem solving. In design, there is a process called the double diamond in which one starts with a discovery process, removing rules and parameters, exploring an unknown space and allowing time for it to percolate and bubble up. That’s the opening part of the first diamond, and then closing down, refining to a point-at which you have a product. An idea. You then take that idea and break it open into its own infinite potential for a finite time and refine that down to a final deliverable.
That’s the heaven and earth, taking ideas from the world of chaos, infinite potential, and marrying it with Earth.
It’s tricky from my experience and at the end you must yield the final result, which is how others experience your art or what’s produced.
What an awesome conversation. Captivating to listen to. I found myself rewinding certain parts to give myself more time to ponder upon your observations.
The creative flow state exists within the friction of the meditative and the contemplative.
i think when you realise this is beyond just writing stories and really the fabric of living life the same thing arises, the magic of symbols that have played out in my life i’ve only ever seen when looking back on a moment where I truly did forget it and let my mind go, when i stopped thinking of whatever the next move will be in my own story and let it arise from a deeper place, that is when i have seen the beauty of real magic arise,

Midwife is a CRAZY way to think of it. Midwife of Christ and the church, the groom and the bride
Inspiring on so many levels.
Amazing
this is mind boggling. i believe this can also remedy the free will/predestination conflict. as in God wrote the story of the universe, but our choices are the “grittiness” of the story that God purposefully doesn’t control.
On top of that, on the subject of creating something and then going back later to make it better, that would explain why God would create this universe as incomplete. No artist creates something perfect without needing to revise and make it better.
Now, God is absolutely capable of creating a perfect universe without revise but there would be no room for free will or change.
God is outside of time, so He knows all choices that were going to be made so He could then adapt the story accordingly.
If we are made in the image of the creator, then we too must be creators.
"Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven."
Our job, in my view, at the individual level is through a union with God, make Earth more and more like Heaven. Truly aim at Paradise, not utopia. The difference between the two is vast.
Utopia by its very nature is an earthly attempt to meet all needs, leads to blaming others.
Paradise is already within you, the Kingdom that is not of this world.
God is always with you.

Fascinating conversation. I know this is a little off topic, but is your process very different between your creative artistic works and making icons?
I’ve heard you say that you make t-shirts (I have your Jonah t-shirt, btw) but you wouldn’t wear them to worship and I can see the difference in usage; but regarding the process of making, how is it different?
So its about putting things together and taking few steps back to see how it looks like?
I feel I never want to put any art out because I don't want to embarrass God.
That is really interesting thought. It reminds me that I am God’s art.
@@MiB365 the rabbit hole continues when I question if my lack of release is due to not wanting to embarrass myself. Or is it my pride pushing me to do arts?
I wish I could discern it easier.

Trust your writing brain AND THEN trust your editing brain.
Is this why all the woke films fail? They put analysis of power over what would work as a pattern?
When we start being able to choose our children’s hair color, eye color, sex, etc…in utero, the trans stuff might make more sense…or, it will all just get more confused…who cares?🤷♂️
