I had A FIB as well for 15 yrs. You can get an Ablation and it worked well I'm an OR nurse and I recommend the ablation if it continues. Risk of stroke is high if you don't address it. Keep up the videos!!
The Hammer Story was spot on, I am 76 and have discovered that my 20# hammer is a bit heavy. And I sometines went to my shop just to ruminate by myself, luckly I did not start any major fires. I have moved and downsized and am trying to set up my shop in my garage.

Good video Tom with good advice. I'm pretty sure I am older than you and as we age our bodies start letting us know about it. Health issues are a part of getting older, we just have to deal with them as best we can. Just take it easy and try to have fun in retirement.
@@rollerbald Thanks Bill! Your garage is an inspiration in use of area. My wife retired last June and we spent the summer exploring here local and the fall driving south with no real destination other than a visit with our grandchildren in San Diego. Now back for repairs and projects so I can say it's been fun so far! At least the fun is winning over the ills...!
Subscribers are way up! Too cool! Doing great! I too have a flashlight at every entryway. i got a diesel heater in a week ago, been going 24/7 for a few days in my new green house, pretty impressed. Did you say van, what kinda van? I daily drive a Dajiban and love it! Eight years self employed, getting started for the day is the hardest part. @@jakerspace9348 I currently have a GMC Savana we use for traveling around. It's been a fun project as well. Self employed is impressive. I wish I could have given That a try
@@blackbearhiker1420 I will never not have a van after owning one, way too useful. Thanks, its been a fun ride, not rich, but I'm happy. Lookin’ good Tom. What height will your folding work table be when it’s deployed? That 2X4 looks kind of low to me. 😊

Good stuff even if there is a cord hanging in front of the camera now and then.

Getting older is definitely a challenge. You gotta keep moving. I try to do at least something every day.
