Does not work since you made us migrate to this APP. Been waiting a month for someone to fix this. Old APP worked just fine. No one knows what they're doing and can't help. Just keep getting a runaround. Buy a different brand of cameras if you want to view on your phone.

Just to let you know, we do NOT work for Lorex or are a Lorex company. We are an independent Security Cameras and IT Services company. why do i have to use a vpn app just to be able to view my cams live on the cloud app. it Only happens on my iphones not samsung .
