Is this compatible with Audi Q7 2012 ? Just to let you know, there’s an input for usb in the gloves compartment and 2 SD inputs below the Audi screen .
I don't think it could work on Audi Q7 2012, since this product requires the car comes with wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto for using.

Hi, CarlinKit 5.0 doesn't support these apps, but CarlinKit Tbox comes with built-in RUclips Netflix, and you also can download other apps from Play Store.
It didn’t work in my BMW 2021
Most of BMW doesn't come with wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto, so it can't be compatible with our product.

Do you need to have wifi connection on ir only Bluetooth?? Cause it makes no sense having wireless over wifi, cause you wont be able to use internet over data
It's verified by Bluetooth, connected by wifi.

Hi, it doesn't need to. When you turning off the engine which means there is stop power the device. And when you start your car next time, just keep your Bluetooth & WiFi of your car is on, then it will connect automatically.
Works flawlessly with Android but iphone user facing issue as it takes time to connect like minutes. Android takes 15-20 seconds. Writing after personal experience.
How the carlink connect to car player
Nice if they spoke english
