Definitely feeling nostalgic after seeing this video. I remember going to Toys R Us and always feeling excited when going to the Megaman toy aisle in hopes that I find something I don't already own. I also feel kinda depressed that it's all in the past now, the Battle Network series was one of my favorites out of the Megaman series. I also remember watching the TV show on Kids WB, kinda sad that the TV series didn't go as far as it did in Japan, but eh, no big deal. I'm just grateful that I was able to accumulate all the toys and merchandise from the time when it was in stores, nowadays the prices for that stuff can be rather steep. I actually have 2 display cases for my Megaman merchandise, 1 completely dedicated to the Battle network series. Good times...
I love megaman since I was a kid, and seeing this makes me so nostalgic. Glad to know that other fans are still out there, megaman you will live forever in our hearts, LEGENDS NEVER DIE!!

you can still get them on ebay, they're not too expensive if you wait around for an auction.
Like as a kid i couldnt understand what the chips are for... i didnt even know the chip gate and PETs existed. Very sad i cant get a set for myself too

Display is awesome, I would love to get one of those. I have been meaning to track down some more chips since I acquired the chip gate.

And I think I saw some Korean 30 chip starter sets for around $40
I had it as a kid, and didn't know what the heck i was playing with, only knew it was part of the Megaman game I was playing with. Now I am craving it now and wanting it again

+The[DarK] you just gotta keep looking! You can find a ton of great deals even on ebay, you just gotta be consistent. I'd check normally about 1-2 times a week on various sites for new listings.

I had a couple chips that came with both versions of Battle Network 5. Wish I knew where they were, or what they were. I think they were Meteors and Bolt?
I had one of these. From Zellers in Canada. I loved the game.
I still got my old one but no clue where the chips are lol. These are rare as hell dude
the same damage on megaman's pet happened to mine but mine also lost almost all its gold trim :( and the spring that flips it up

I bought a Sentinel 4-inch Megaman.EXE, and it got me really wanting a PET again... So I just nabbed 3 advanced PETs, two chip gates, and about 50-60 chips for $100... Now I want more chips and the other PET models; any suggestions other than ebay??
You can try amazon, though the prices on discontinued merchandise is outrageously high. Otherwise you might be able to get lucky on LetGo or OfferUp.

Question for anyone who may have info! I have a sealed Megaman NT Warrior purple advanced pet personal terminal that came with 10 games! Everything listed on ebay only comes with 3 games! I haven't really been able to find hardly any info on it. I did read that the purple one with the 10 games was a special edition one that may have been a toys r us exclusive!. Can anyone shine some light on it I'm hoping I have something special!

What in-game effect does the foil chip have?
The foil chips don't work on the advanced pet,
They're only for the battle chip gate/progress pet.
Are they working? Is it possible to use Advanced Program as in the show?
you can not use program advances with this PET.
I want to have from four to fifteen Battle Chips (the one I want mostly is with an image of MegaMan)
So japanese Chips work on US PETs, right? Where can I find those? eBay does not seem like a good place

But I was just wondering in one of your videos u mentioned there were some Navi Chips that we’re almost impossible to get which leads me to my question what are the rarest Navi chips out there? Not counting bass/forte the reason I ask is because I’m starting a collection of megaman battle network stuff myself well I hope u reply and keep up ur awesome collection!!!
unfortunately, I'm not really up to date with the current values, so I can't say for sure,
I'd imagine, they'd be the navi's not included with the stater packs.

Yeah i wish i would have kept my battle chips sadly i had good ones like guardian and Muramasa fml lol i think i had a mine and full just as well but i never got the chance for a PET or a battlechip gate which i want to do

yes, you can do multiplayer battles, but you will need a link cable.

Has anyone ever reverse engineered their PET? I tried reading the data that comes out of the Link Cable port but I cant decipher it yet. I wonder if I can make my own PET that would be compatible and then some

@@shadyfsmusics None yet, I tried changing the baud rate several times to different speeds and changing the wiring around a couple times too. I am not experienced enough with reading serial data I guess. What I did was take a headphone jack I got from RadioShack years ago and soldered some wires to the tip ring and sleeve. I put the sleeve to ground and if I remember right, I think I got some kind of data from the sleeve on a software serial port using an Arduino Uno
