    Does anyone know if this workout has a name on BTWB?

      David Danesy I think they made it up, it seems to be one of those workouts if you don't have a big variety of equipment. I gave it shot but the movement didn't feel natural so I did dumbbell thrusters instead with burpees every minute. 100 of anything sucks add burpees and it's complete hell.

      I don't know if this one has a name, but it is very similar to one called Kalsu:
      For Time
      100 Thrusters (135/95 lb)
      5 Burpees to start and at the top of every minute
