in bone tools you click transform and click on pin bone (on the charter feet in this case (the circle)) and stretch or contract it but note to copy key poses in timeline before the distort ahead in timeline so you can continue animation without the distortion moving on

What about foreshortening body parts, also do you use frame by frame for some scenes typically.
