if u didnt notice, this is a unit formed by 96line (jun, hoshi, wonwoo, woozi). other lines also have their own songs like: *ah!love* (95line - s.coups, jeonghan, joshua) *hey buddy* (97line - dk, mingyu, the8) *do re mi* (maknae line - 98line seungkwan, vernon and 99line dino) these were side tracks in their semicolon album with home;run as the title track, which was the first time they released a song for each age line. they also performed this in their incomplete concert (which you wanted to react to) for the first time also so it was a real breakdown for carats HAHAHA
Light a flame was one of the b-side from their Semicolon album as well as 96liners perform this on their InComplete Concert and this was the choreography video from it..thanks Chris and oh..Jun just release his Single track "Crow"..Hoping that you will also listen to it well..it was available on Apple music
yup this song has spanish lyrics when they sing "despacito" (which means slowly) but also has "amor" (love, my dear, my beloved, it depends on the context) a word thats equivalent both in spanish and portuguese, which leads us to a cool fact about the composition process of light a flame: it was heavily influenced by latin american music & they got inspiration mainly from a brazilian music genre, bossa nova! if anyone wants to check it i recommend listening to tom jobim, chico buarque and vinicius de moraes.
@@beatriza.7447 well, woozi himself said it but ofc they added their own color to not narrow it down exclusively to one genre. altough i think it definitely sounds more upbeat and fast paced, the melody reminds me of bossa nova anyways. ur opinion is totally valid tho
@@mabel7929 yeah, i love the song and i can see some influence of bossa nova anyways, and i agree that it has his own colors in the songs (and i love that too) :)
Were you able to notice that this is a special unit song? 96line with Hoshi, Woozi, Jun and Wonwoo. Light a Flame was a track from their Semicolon album last year and they performed this for the first time on the In-Complete online concert weeks ago.
i saw chris i saw seventeen i click hahaha . kinda interesting to see hoshi dance in kinda subtle yet smooth feminine type flow (if you watch 'hoshi-touch' then you know) the8 in bboying and contemporer, jun in slow type of dance, and dino in krumping/hip hop however hoshi still hold his own in all those style...i mean you can give hoshi any dance type and he would kiling it..hope you gonna love him more . btw this choreo is definition of "sexy without abs"...some said "mild-bdsm" kinda type hahahaha
This is the song that brought Wonwoo from the bottom of my bias list to #3 on my bias list. (Joshua is my #1 and Vernon my #2) His low, suave lines are *smoooooth*.
You might want to check out Cravity's JUMPER dance practice!! They are a new kpop group and is known for their synchronization with a nickname of perfor-vity!!
Hey, I know this might not be super relevant to this video, but I feel like you should really react to Gidle Hann(Alone) and the dance practice that goes with it. I think you’ll really enjoy it!
It depends but i think it's still a collaborative effort from hoshi and the choreographers But the whole vibe gives me hyelim's choreo vibes because it has the same feel as hoshi's "touch" but also the sassiness of youngjoon's choreography so i really think they all worked together
