Last beach I drove on was in Corpus Christi, S. Padre Island, and that's when I was in the service, almost 40yrs ago...was stationed at Ft. Hood, and we made several trips down there on long weekends...slept in the jeep and made $$$ pulling people out who had gotten stuck...would always be back for Monday morning PT scorched crispy...
Best water and beaches are on Gulf Coast of Fl. Try Siesta Key, Clearwater, Sanibel Island for better swimming and shelling. Y'all might also like the Big Tree at Goose Island, just north of Rockport Fulton, TX, and The Angel Oak, outside Charleston, SC. Both really really big trees, but no climbing permitted.
We agree the best water was Gulf Shores and Panama City Beach! While we are in St Augustine, we see the senator Tree. Not as big as the Fairchild Tree but still cool!
Awesome I love St Augustine it’s awesome. In November they do lights everywhere downtown and it’s the clear white one so it’s like a Florida winter fantasy. 😂. I love walking and going thru the little shops and eating too.
I love your videos, watch every week. Great parents indeed. Your children are so happy and travel so well. Full time gramma here keeping up with your weekly adventures. 😀
Sharron check out our playlists of this years journey! ruclips.net/p/PLMetKT8ATLMJQwgJQZquEHjsA8GxBMqbr We started in Gulf Shores, Al and worked our way around the west coast of Florida until we got to Orlando! Then we started up the east coast.
Those waves aren't that bad actually, the waves you have to worry about is when it's a full length and breaking over way farther then normal. Yall should come to south eastern Georgia sometime too because there's some good history here
We appreciate you watching our videos! Our girls are definitely busy bodies! But we try and keep a stroller around incase they get tired and need a rest!
Nice to see the kids having fun. My oldest was never afraid of anything and eager to hold every animal she could catch. Congratulations on over 10K subs. Are you heading back towards Texas soon for the newest addition to come? Stay safe and healthy.
So now I know why u think ocean is angry... y'all being from tx ur used to the gulf beaches... I grew up in NY and NJ so I grew up with ocean beaches.. MUCH different than gulf beaches... my first time at a gulf beach I was like this is like just going to a lake.. lol not for the girls yet.. but for u guys.. just get in there.. get in the waves... it's awesome
We go in the Ocean coming up while in St. Augustine and it was pretty aggressive for the girls! Even I got pushed around with the waves! Were used to the Lake (Gulf) kind of ocean!
Swimming in the Atlantic is something I guess you just get used to. Growing up on LI I pretty much grew up wading and swimming in the waves. Biggest thing I was always taught was how to identify and avoid the rip currents.
@@PavingNewPaths I bet! It is very intimidating. I keep a very close watch on my stepdaughters when we were in the outer banks even though they are tween/teen ages.
That was another excellent video, thanks for making it. Kevin, you might as well throw your truck away and get a new one, because that short ride on the beach threw the equivalent of driving 6 years on winter salt covered roads up here in New England into every nook and cranny under your truck. I have no clue what a nook or a cranny is, but I can hear that salt eating your truck as I type this. You both make excellent videos, keep up the good work. TP
Thank you so much! I have been trying to wash the beach off for weeks now! Every time it touches sand I go the car wash and spray everything under truck like crazy!
@@PavingNewPaths well maybe in that area of FL….but most of the east coast heading north are not, just the normal process that would have to due with weather. Will say I have never been on a Fl beach, how could that be🤔 lol. Enjoy ✌️
Thanks for bringing us along!
Thanks for watching Wayne!
That's just the coolest truck!
Thank you! We love it!

We grew up in Texas so South Padre and Corpus don't do it for us! Once you have seen a Florida Beach it's not the same here in Texas!

That sounds awesome! We end up having one big week while we are there!
Fun days!! But oh those snakes. My moto is the only good snake is a dead snake. LOL look forward to next week! Xoxo
It is a very big week coming up!

Thank you so much for watching Pamela! They do travel really well but there are times when they let us know they have had enough!

Thank you, Josh!
You have a beautiful wife and the girls are adorable.

Thank you for watching!
You need to come to the west coast of Florida

We just had no idea that the atlantic was so rough all the time! Stay tuned we have Georgia in our travel plans for this trip!
@@PavingNewPaths the roughness is definitely season based, and I hope you do this state justice and show more then just Savannah
This time around we only have one stop planned in Savannah! Its our last stop before heading back home to have a baby!
Discovered your channel and have been going back to watch all your other videos and let me say your babies can walk!!! Take care, love Peggy 💚💙💜
We appreciate you watching our videos! Our girls are definitely busy bodies! But we try and keep a stroller around incase they get tired and need a rest!
In the Atlantic you have to check the tides with your little ones go at low tide
We learned that the Atlantic is always a little angry! Especially compared to the gulf side!
Nice to see the kids having fun. My oldest was never afraid of anything and eager to hold every animal she could catch. Congratulations on over 10K subs. Are you heading back towards Texas soon for the newest addition to come? Stay safe and healthy.
Thank you! Our kids are pretty fearless right now! We head back to have the baby soon!
Thanks you 2 make a good story you are doing great. We all just need to get you more subs. Keep it up!
Thank you very much! We are growing so fast lately we love and appreciate the support!

I was too nervous to let the girls get in! Maybe if they were bigger!

Yall should go to the Florida keys really beautiful
We want to make it down there; it just didn't work out for this trip as we have to be back in Texas soon to have a baby!
That's a very angry and messy ocean. Lol Daytona Beach marketing team is not doing their job.
We we're there a week and it never calmed down! Daytona Beach is not what it used to be!
I agree can’t sleep with out a box fan on and I’m from Florida lol 😂
It's so addicting!
Growing up on the east coast, that looks more like bad weather coming….
It was like that for 7 days and the weather was perfect! We just figured the Atlantic is always angry!

Where is the new one to be born? If that was out of line, i apologize, just wondering, any way thanks for your work.
