I love the integrity of leaving in the entire clip of you dropping the bag and dumping your water bottle! I’m much more likely to “take your word for it” that it is actually easy to take off and put on, and that those are both flukes with that clip in than if it were a perfectly polished take and was obvious that you’d had to rehearse it!
Great video! Thank you for making it and showing life of you actually carrying and using the bag vs other vids where people just sit at a table and talk about it. Great job 👊
Great video, very knowledgeable and entertaining. I definitely plan on buying one I have a Canon r5 with a 24-105 lens and plan on getting some bigger lenses going forward wounding witch bag would be better the L6 or L9 ?
Thank you for the feedback! If you intend on carrying the larger lenses as well then the 9L may be more appropriate for the size, although I’ve not handled the R5 or 24-105 so I’m not sure exactly how much space they take up!
I’ve scoured video reviews of the 6L and no one has mentioned if the bag will Mount in anyway to a suit case handle. I regularly use this as a lens bag for when I shoot events or weddings and I normally have a carry all roller I’d strap it to and on occasion to a suitcase at airports. Even if the top handle is wide enough to do this or not
Hey! So there is no sleeve or anything that can slide down a handle like some backpacks have. Your only option to attach this would be to use the x2 straps on the front of the bag to attach it to the suitcase handles that way, which does work but just not as smooth as a sleeve would work. Hope this helps :)
Could you use the PD clip on your belt? Or would that interfere with the sling action? Seriously considering this bag but my main reason for using the PD clip is to take weight off my back to put it on my hip. The PD sling unsurprisingly has a strat for attaching the clip 🙂 Great and very heelpful video!
Possibly, I've not actually tried! Ahh thats clever of them! I'm sure there is a way to mount it but I haven't played around enough to give you the answer aha!
Hey thanks for the comment! I have looked into the Peak Design sling on the past and there is no denying it’s a lovely bag! For me personally I prefer the Wandrd, a few reasons for this but to be quick: I already have wandrd bags, I prefer the way it looks (a very street tech style in my opinion), works well for what I need, and I’m a big advocate for the brand itself!
8:47 you actually can put the peak design clip, vertically on the little thingy at the end of the rugged strap. On that loopy-thing with the Wandrd-label on it. Great video btw, thanks!
Did you have problem with airport? I mean did you have to pay for that sling or it was on personal belongings that you can carry with you for free? Thanks
Really useful video - thank you. One piece of information which most manufacturers do not put on their websites is the length of the strap when fully extended. I'm a pretty big guy and some straps are jut too short. Peak Design put that info on their site but no other manufacturer I am aware of this do that. Anyone with this Wandrd 6l sling measured the strap length when fully extended please?
Hey mate! I reached out to WANDRD and they said they're going to add the details to their site! In the meantime they also gave me the answer :) Minimum Length: 16.5" (41.9 CM) Max Length: 43.5" (110.4 CM) Hope this helps!
Do you find yourself wanting the 9L at all? I cant decide if I want the 6 or 9. I always find myself wanting to put certain things in it. But again I also dont want to keep making a small kit in theory always making it a medium or large side kit lol.
I haven’t as of yet wanted the 9L, Ive found this is the perfect size for the smaller kit i want to travel with. Sometimes i have found myself trying to cram things in but then I remind myself the point of this bag for me and usually will use that as a chance to take some bits out!
Great video! I'm on the fence about this bag mainly because I'm short.. 5''6 so I'm torn between the 3L or the 6L. Would'nt want this bad boy to be half my body size lol
That makes sense! I’d say go for the one that’ll fit your needs more, there’s no point going for a 3L if you end up not using it because it doesn’t fit what you need it to ☺️

Thank you so much for this comment that means a lot!
@@lukepalms_ hey mate, will this fit a leica m10+35mm and a sony a74 with 85mm in it?
Great video! Thank you for making it and showing life of you actually carrying and using the bag vs other vids where people just sit at a table and talk about it. Great job 👊
You’re welcome! My goal was to cover everything I would expect to be covered!

You covered everything I need. I’m putting a Sony a7iv with tamron 28-75 with a spare 85 1.8 I think it will be perfect. The 3l would be too small
I’m so glad! I think the 6L will be a perfect size for that setup ☺️
Awesome review! Thank you - I’m convinced! 😊
Love to hear it! Did you pick one up in the end?
Which would you prefer, this in the 6L format or the Peak Design Everyday Sling v2 6L?

@@lukepalms_Couldn't you also put the Peak Design Capture Clip on one of the side strap handles?

It counted as a personal item on the flight I used it for so no issues ☺️

Thank you!! So kind and well done Wandrd. My next bag will def be from them!
Could you fit a A7 Variant + a Sigma 70-200mm lens?
I’ve not tried, however I am able to fit my A7iii + Tamron 70-180mm 😊

Does it fit A7R5 with 70-200 GM2
I’ve not physically held either of these pieces of kit however it fits my A7iii and Tamron 70-180mm with no issue

Can you change the strap??? Have you tried?
I haven’t actually tried if I’m honest so I’m not sure!
Can this fit ipad pro 11”?
Not as you see it in this video however Wandrd do a laptop sleeve attachment for this bag that would work for it. 😊
