Hi Beena, thank you for showing this it looks delicious. Just checking your ingredients used. At 5:23 you say Jeera powder, is that cumin powder and is it mixed with anything? At 5:27 you have Elati powder with Bailley wall crushed, what is this one? At 5:32 you have mixed masala, is this a specific type of Garam Masala? I've neve seen red/orange Garam Masala so was wondering if you had anything mixed with it. Thank you again, I think I can get most of the ingredients from Indian shop in town :)
Thank you Yes it is cumin powder. . That is called briyani spice..you buy them whole it will be written briyani spice mix then I crush it. It called mix masala..I buy my masala separately and mix them so you can watch my video on my channel on how I mix my masala
@@beenaramalingam I made this recipe with beef as lamb was too expensive. The only ingredient I forgot was cinnamon stick, and I also couldnt get fresh curry leaves so I bought dried curry leaves and soaked them. This is the most tastiest curry I have ever made. Thank you Beena. I am going to have a go at makinf your masal now TY TY ;)
